My experience with them was fantastic. They arrived on time at 08:30. They did a beautiful job and finished the job in one day, reasonably priced and very courteous. They did a fantastic job and I was very pleased.

Swimmingly—professional and thorough. Went the extra mile and even dealt with an unexpected problem. I feel bad because they did it at no additional cost but thought it was awesome they finished quickly—within the day—and performed beautiful work. We had selected and ordered the initial accent tiles for the job, but he consulted about best options for colors and sizes, gave us the name of a great tile store, and kept in touch which helped us—honestly, that was the best part. Both of us are working from home (which means we are both kind of constantly and unintentionally in some way partially working, ha!), so the follow up was genuinely stand out—in the home improvement industry, it is easy to find someone who does excellent work but misses an appointment. Clearly, that is not this business. They were prompt, follow-up AND actual tiling was indeed Top Notch. Included our fireplace—maybe not everyone’s style, but exactly what we wanted and frankly, better than what we imagined. 10/10, would undoubtedly hire again. Cost total reported included the materials.

We bought a home that is a large renovation project and needed a professional to install shower pans and prep the showers for tilework. We had David out and it was clear from the start that he was going to be amazing to work with. David is, by far, the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He is always on time, never had any excuses, was quick to do his work, and moreover...his work is superior. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and anyone needing tile work or bathroom prep work, look no further. Seriously. David and Dennis are the best and you won't ever be disappointed with their work. I am really glad we found them and will absolutely use them for any projects I have in the future.

We were very pleased with the work Top Notch Tile did for us. They tore out and installed new tile in our walk in shower. They did a fantastic job and kept everything clean in the process. Father and son were always prompt, courteous, professional and informative. I would highly recommend this duo and will call again on future tile needs.

After some sub-par and short-sighted tiling work was done by another company, Top Notch came out to remove tile, install support board for a sink install, then replaced the tile. They were in and out in 1.5 hrs and seamlessly matched the existing wall tile. They were courteous, clean, and professional. Countless other companies I called turned the work down due to the size of my project, but not these guys! They gave me a quote via text and came out 3 days later to do the work. Now my plumber can finally install the sink the original company failed to install and I’ll have a functional bathroom again. I’ll definitely call these guys for future work and recommend to others!

They did an excellent job. Arrived on time and put in a long day to get in all done in one day as promised. They do great work, know what they are doing and are extremely hard working. I would definitely hire them again.

Professional, responsive, detailed, organized, and exceptionally talented at what they do. Hard working, fair price, and got the work done quickly without any shortcuts made. Highly recommended. In addition to the quality work, they went the extra mile. My husband is in a wheelchair so they took extra steps to make sure there was no bump between the existing hardwoods and the new tile. It’s completely flush, which makes my husband super happy.

Dennis and Dave are outstanding and professional. This was the second time we used them and they once again excelled. On budget and went above and beyond to deliver on time. Very experienced and helped with even offered advice on other aspects of the remodel job. Absolutely worth every penny.

Top Notch is amazing! I just can't say enough good things about these guys. They turned our disaster of a shower into a beautiful space that we are so proud of. Not only are the extremely professional and efficient, they are also kind and respectful. This father and son team will be the only guys I will ever have lay another piece of tile in my home. After some really terrible home remodeling experiences, thanks Dave and Dennis for showing me that there are still some good guys out there. <br />

Excellent job. They had to cut tile to install several Onyx deco pieces. Also had to cut tile to fit in register frame for tile. This included several small narrow strips of tile to fit where air flow comes out. Looks great! They care about their work and doing a good job! Very nice to work with. <br />

Everything went as planned.  David was prompt and professional. The end product look great. I would deffininately recomend Top Notch Tiile to anyone needing tile work. <br />

David came out, measured and gave us a quote before leaving.  Our house is 85 years old and the previous kitchen installation was not installed the right way.  Consequently, the walls were uneven compared to the kitchen cabinets and countertop.  They ended up deciding the best way was to tear out the existing wall board and building up the wall to make it square.  It took them most of the day and they did a great job.  We couldn't be more happy with their quality of work and their attention to detail.  Dennis and David are also very friendly.  We would most definitely have them do future tile work for us. <br />

I contacted Top Notch Tile for an estimate and they were very responsive on coming out quickly.  I had 3 separate projects that I wanted them to do: <br /> *  I live in a 3 story condo with a small entryway and stairs leading up to the main level.  I wanted the entire entryway and stairs tiled.   <br /> *  Tile backsplash <br /> *  Tile the entire fireplace with flagstone from floor to ceiling. <br /> David Hedger was very thorough in describing how the entire process would go.  He referred me to Louisville Tile in Fishers.  If you choose your tile from them, you get wholesale pricing and Top Notch will pick the tile up and bring it to your place the day of installation.  I had a fairly good experience with Louisville Tile, although they kind of expected me to already know the look I was after and didn't provide a whole lot of design guidance.  But I am incredibly happy with the quality of their materials. <br />  David and his dad, Dennis, were the only two workers on the job.  I cannot say how happy I am with their work.  They were extremely professional and responsive the entire time, and were always willing to communicate what was going on.  They were so conscious about keeping the work area clean, and insisted on staying late, just to make sure that everything looked good before they left. <br /> But when it comes down to it, the most important thing is the quality of their work.  I must say that they went far beyond my expectations in that regard.  I have gotten so many compliments on the finished product, and even when I had minor nit-picks, they went out of their way to come back and make things 100% perfect.  I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a high-end look in their home! <br /> I would love to upload pictures of their work, but I'm having a hard time finding how to do that on the website. <br /> <br />

This company is very good.  They were punctual and extremely clean.  They really know their trade and diid a masterful job in a single day. <br />

These guys were amazing. Very punctual, professional, and worked very hard. It took them longer than anticipated to install my kitchen backsplash and they never once complained or charged more than what their estimate was for. They were very professional and nice guys to work with and cleaned up the work site when they were done. The work they did was "top notch." I would definitely use them again and would recommend them. Their price may be slightly higher than other estimates from other companies, but it is worth going with Top Notch Tile. You won't regret your decision! <br />

Very we'll. they had put in the tile and knew just how to affix the hooks to a wall with a pocket door. They helped me decide on best placement for hooks and we're very professional and courteous. <br />

The father and son team was incredibly easy to work with. After talking to numerous contractors about possible flooring for the room, we landed on Top Notch Tile because they were responsive, willing to work on our time schedule, and had great reviews. We were not disappointed. They purchased the travertine for us (price above includes the travertine tile), and delivered it on a Sunday so they could get started first thing Monday morning. They came Monday morning, as promised, ripped out the old carpet, and installed the tile -- all in one day. The pattern we had selected was complicated, with different size tiles, but when they finished - it was gorgeous! I will hire them again when we are ready for our next tile project. <br />

Dave came out and meet with me to discuss the scope of the job and to take measurements in order to provide a quote for the work to be performed.  He was very professional during this meeting and discussed in detail the different options we had to lay the tile.  Within several days we had a quote to do the job which ended up being $10k less than another tile guy that had also provided a quote.  Both Dennis and his son Dave showed up to the job on time at the agreed upon start date.  They did an excellent job laying the tile floor in the master bath which was more of a complex pattern than your standard tile job.  At the end of each day they cleaned up their area and went over what had been done that day and what they planned on doing the next day.They completed our master bath and the back splash in our kitchen in a very timely manor and their work was excellent.  I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a tile job done. <br />
