EXCELLENT-One tree was 120-130 feet tall, pieces could only be dropped in a 10' square area. They showed up when they said they would. Took three days total for all the work done. Professional. Courteous. Worth every bit of money.

Pierre and his crew responded quickly, showed up on time and completed the job for a great price and offered advice regarding yard. ALSO came back with fill for grass area that large commercial truck brace arms were on. I would highly recommend this company from start to finish. Very knowledgeable/professional gentleman.

Despite the fact that the enormous oak tree needed to go (dangerous, noisy, messy) I felt really comfortable with Pierre and his team. They are meticulous, safety-driven, methodical and clean. I can’t recommend them enough. This was our second experience with them (we shopped for an elderly neighbor with the same kind of issue in another neighborhood) and returned because Pierre treats folks fairly, honestly and he cleans up, takes his time and does it expertly. And the icing on the cake: he always shares fruit from his fruit trees at home when he’s finished. Bravo!

They are professional, know how to best perform total tree service, are punctual, do what they have said they would, including cleanup and debris removal, and charge a fair price for their services. They are very knowledgeable about specific trees and plant materials, making suggestions that have helped me care for my trees- specifically, live oaks, all sorts of palm trees, and more. Toppers tree service is the best. I had two large Oak trees trimmed, One Oak tree and one palm tree removed and stumps removed. They started the job on Thursday cleaned up as they worked. At the end of the day the truck was full to the limit. they left a small pile of trimmings in front yard, said they would get it tomorrow. Well Friday morning it was raining. I told my wife we will not see them today. 0830 am, they show up.Now it is raining pretty hard, Toppers cleaned up what was left yesterday, sat around for awhile, it started to rain harder.Toppers then said we will be back Monday morning. Monday morning 0800 back on the job. Thank you Pierre and crew for a job well done. The trees and yard look great very clean. Thanks again Joe

He admitted that there was a lot more trimming than he had originally had planned for! They stuck with it until the job was done right! I wish I could have afford more for a Bigger Tip! Outstanding, Crew did more than bargained for. Most importantly, they satisfied my wife who is a tree-hugger and was really worried they would hurt the trees or cut too much. They worked with her, one-on-one until she was happy. They went over and above by repairing some trim on the house that had come loose (we are both too old to do that kind of minor repair on a ladder). It was no-charge and purely a volunteer task. Yard was clean as a whistle when they finished. One neighbor came by while they were working as said she will hire them in the near future. HAPPY!

These guys are definitely professionals. They know what they are doing. I have some very tall trees and they went right up to the top. I was very impressed by how safety conscious they were. Pierre was very knowledge about trees. I loved the fact that they brought their own truck for the debri. Well worth the money.

The tree removal could not have been handled in a more professional fashion. They came when they said they would; they worked diligently to finish in a reasonable length of time. The owner and his two helpers were experts at what they were doing and very thorough. Once the trees had been taken down and removed, they cleaned the area diligently. I've never had someone leave a work space at my home so clean. I was taking pictures as the work progressed and I'm going to post them on Facebook so all my friends can have someone trustworthy and exceptionally competent to call on if they need any tree work done.

My initial call was returned promptly. Pierre came out to see what needed to be done and gave me a written estimate on the spot. He let me know that his schedule was running about a week out and that he'd call the day prior to doing the work. Pierre and his crew did a lovely job of trimming out and cutting back our trees and plants. He came first thing in the morning as promised and were there most of the day. When I got home in the late afternoon, everything looked good. Pierre made sure that there were no branches and debris laying around. My yard was ready for another hurricane season. We have used Toppers many times in the past and will continue to do so.

<p>BUSINESS DESTROYED MY PROPERTY AND DID NOT DO THE AGREED UPON WORK. </p> <p>The agreement was to deliver and stack a half cord of firewood for $140. I made the mistake of bring out my 6 month old $150 wheelbarrow for him to use. He BROKE MY NEW WHEELBARROW and waited until he was walking away to say, "by the way you need a new wheelbarrow because the sun eroded it. That is was happens in Florida, in fact they are only good for five years." The wheelbarrow was only about 6 months old. The damage was three large cracks. Neighbors said they watched him throw the firewood into the wheelbarrow while he stood on the top of his truck. HE BROKE MY WHEELBARROW! </p> <p> He DID NOT STACK the wood, rather he left it in a huge pile in my yard. I shopped around for a price based on the total cost of a half cord of firewood, delivered and stacked. There was a ten dollar difference based on the full cost, and I went with the cheapest and the only one with good reviews in this list. Not only was it not stacked but it was short. He explained that it was ALMOST a half cord only a foot short all the way around. Instead of 2X4X8 it was 2X3X7.</p> <p>When I finally finished stacking the wood this morning, it is actually about 2X3X6.</p> <p>I paid the man and received no receipt. </p> <p>This was an UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE and I will not ever use nor recommend him to anyone. Did I mention that I am getting married in my backyard in a few days? And I am a DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN. </p> <p>I used him based solely on the glowing recommendations of other Angieslist users. I don't know if this is an employee or the owner, but there was nothing good to recommend. In fact, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. It will end up costing me $50 to replace the wheelbarrow bucket. That is the cost of doing business with this company.</p>
