Top Rail is one of, if not the, best companies I have used to have work done. I contacted Top Rail about a white vinyl fence repair after wind caused damage. Joe was at my house that afternoon to review the damage and present me with my options. My fence is older so a whole new gate had to be created as they do not make the original. He made sure the fence was almost exactly the same and I can not even notice a difference from the old gate. The best part about the whole process was he had the new gate installed within 48 hours of my original contact to him at an extremely fair price.
