I have been using Jim and Top Seed landscaping for over 15 years. From weekly lawn cutting, mulch, tree trimming, and anything landscaping related they are top notch. Jim’s attention to detail and responsiveness to any ask is second to none. I’ve have referred him multiple times and have only heard compliments on the work he’s done. They are very fair with pricing and get it done quick!!!

Top seed is top notch! The owner Jim came to my home to assess the project and really listened to what I was looking for and provided excellent advice. He was very timely with appointments, and worked thoroughly and efficiently. His crew was pleasant and skilled. Pricing was was very reasonable. My property looks amazing!!! I had hired another company who showed up once and did a horrible job. I contacted them and said they would show up and fix it but never did . They kept telling me they were over booked, meanwhile , my grass was growing by the minute. I found Jim, he came the next day to look at my property and gave me a very fair price. Jim then squeezed me into his already full schedule the next day to be able to get me on a reg schedule going forward. My lawn looks fantastic and 100% would recommend
