Call provider scheduled for the same day to come out and do a full detail of my car while the vehicle was in the parking lot of my business.  They came right out, did an A+ job and will use them in the future.  I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a awesome mobile car cleaning company. <br />

<p>The service I purchased was complete auto detailing. The person in the Top Shine office </p> was very courteous. The detailing guys (2) showed up 25 minutes early for a 9:00 am appointment - not necessarily good for a person with busy mornings. Actually, they called to say they were at my house - but they weren't. They were at a wrong address. It took them a while to figure out where they were and get to me. They were polite enough and worked quickly; but I had to point a couple of things they missed. I had a stain on one of my seats. They said they got it out, and it's better, but not gone. I do not know if applying Armor-All or similar protectant to the dash was included, and maybe it wasn't. But the dashboard did not look as if it had been attended to, I did that after they left. There were some dirty areas in the interior that I would have cleaned had I been doing it. Also, there were a couple of spots where dried wax was not buffed off. None of these things taken alone is really enough to give knock them down a star, but taken together - and the fact that the "deodorizer" or "freshener" they used had a very strong musty smell, I cannot say that I would use them again. I had to air the car out for two days.  Almost forgot - there was a reusable Walmart shopping bag in the trunk when they started. It was not there when they finished. When I asked about it, one of the guys fished it out from inside his truck. I know it's only a $1 Walmart shopping bag, and I don't want to seem like a whiner. BUT... it wasn't his, and it just makes you wonder.... <br />

Top Shine was good. They came to the house, and they did a full detail on one of my cars.

They were on time and efficient.  Had to coach them a little on the clay treatment.

We are very pleased with Top Shine.. To a point that we do not let anyone else detail our cars. They certainly take time to make sure the cars are done amazingly well.  I have even called them last minute and they arranged there scheduale to fit me in.. <br />

They came provided the detailing work. Before they came I gave them the print-out of coupon for the Big Deal. When the work was done, I forgot that I had already paid them through Angie's List, and paid them again with tip. I called the owner within a week of the work being to let them know that I had accidentally paid twice, they said they would mail the check and they didn't understand why I paid again. I never received a check and tried to follow up but no answer. When I finally gotten through I said I needed detail work again and since he hadn't given me the check, I asked them to honor service instead of giving me the money back , and he never has returned my calls

These very nice guys did a good job of cleaning and waxing two of my vehicles. My only complaint is after scheduling each car at different times they called to ask if they could come and do the job in an hour or two. My time is flexible so it was no big deal for me but it's pretty clear they like to the job when they're in the area. Other than that they're fast and to a nice job at a fair price. Also I couldn't find the exact price I paid but I remember I considered it a very good deal <br />

As you can see,  work was done 2 yrs ago.  A different person performed the services this time.  He did an acceptable job with the washing and waxing of the exterior.  However,  the trunk was not vacuumed and there was debris left in the channels that drain the water from around trunk closure.  Just an oversight.  Also,  the passenger front carpet was not cleaned properly.  It appeared that the shampoo water was dirty or more likely, there was a piece of debris on the carpet that should have been vacuumed up and smeared.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <strong>My fault I did not contact Top Shine to let him know I had a problem and give an opportunity to fix it.  That's why I didn't submit review.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></strong> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />If I could get the a different person to do the service, I would certainly use the service.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The first time I had a $300 job done at a special Angieslist rate and the cleaner did a magnificent job.    So I think the second time, I expected similar care but a lesser level of service,  since I was not buying the $300 deal. <br />

On time, reasonable price, great job. Will be scheduling appointment for our SUV.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They were on time, quick and very courteous. I like their online scheduling system. I just picked when I wanted them to show up and they were here.

Beautiful job. Ian was a very nice young man and did great work. Finally found someone I can use on a regular basis. Will schedule again in 3 months. Considering the almost 3 hour job I thought the price very reasonable. <br />
