Top Tier Glass LLC

Save yourselves and find ANYONE but this company. My HOA gave them a hefty deposit to orders doors from a company called Sling Shot LLC. We have no idea if the doors were even ordered until we now are forced to contact Slingshot directly. The owner of Top Tier called us every day in the sales process, the second he got a deposit, we heard crickets or BS stories. We were promised he would order the doors the day of the deposit, but he do not until over 2 weeks later. We were aware there would be lead time to get the doors delivered but he set us back another 2 weeks on top of Memorial Day Weekend, but never once did Top Tier give us an install date nor did they ever reply in 5 weeks that we would have our current keys match the new locks installed. Just one excuse after another. only after I threatened to go to the State Attorney did I get any replies or calls. I have emails and texts to back everything I posted here. Don't believe ANY 5 star ratings until you can verify them, just like you can verify my 1 star rating any time, any day. I did get a full refund of my deposit after the owner sent an email with his $20,000 watch and bragged how his watch was worth 3 times our deposit. This is how you do business? My $19.00 watch tells the same time, and experience says run, don't walk away from people like this.

Working with top-tier glass was an absolute pleasure from their customer service to their top-of-the-line products and worked done. They did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier with their attention to detail and their constant open communication with me before and during the job up until completion.
