Don (Top Tier Home Improvement LLC ) quoted me to get the replacement door for $250 for both labor and materials, he took out one of my existing door to match with the new one and promised to bring back doors in a couple of business days, The order took place on May 24, after several attempts to make appointments to finish up the job, he never showed up nor taking my calls, as of now I will be just happy to get original door he took from my house if he returns the deposit $175 that will be awesome but at the end I will be so grateful if he brings back the door that he took out,

He was not licensed, he claims to be LLC, job not up to quality to hang up the TV, they left over 4 holes maybe less and then the guy stripped out and hols and ruined and newly fresh paint.

Don took my deposit of $500 on May 21st 2025 to do a flooring job. He scheduled twice to come out and complete the job and failed to show. I asked for my deposit back and as of June 4th of 2025, I have yet to receive it. I would never use his company again for any work. Don is very unprofessional and has taken my money without delivering the service.

He truly exceeded my expectations! The quality of his work was far better than the existing quality of a brand new home just recently built. He performed the job with the highest level of integrity possible. I may need to replace the rest of my doors to have them match the quality of the door he installed! Don gave me a call prior to his arrival, on time and courtes. Told what I needed and he inspected the worn weather stripping on my front door and my patio French door and discussed cost and plan of action. A pleasure to work with professionals. Totally satisfied.

We first hired this business to deal with a plumbing leak, but we quickly expanded to a full bathroom remodel. To be honest, there were hiccups as the project progressed, and we had some doubts that it would be completed to our satisfaction. In the end, however, Don worked hard to get the job done and make sure we were satisfied. Looking at the bathroom now, we are happy with how it ended up.
