They were fast, flexible, clean, careful, and fun to be around. I would have them back in a heartbeat. They put up with my request for three colors per room and did just what I hoped for. Going to turn them loose on more walls soon.

Vlad was responsive and his crew was courteous, professional and did a good job. Could have done better in the scheduling department. Dates agreed upon changed at the last moment leaving our home in disarray longer than necessary.

I hired top veiw painting for a full house repaint inside and out they repainted all my cabinets trim stair rails. They did a very beautiful job for a very reasonable price and did very detailed work. Sence then I have them do all my painting projects very good guys to work with highly recommended!!!!

I had just recently purchased an older house that needed some TLC and really need a painter and was skeptical of hiring just any painter because theres so much poor quality work being done out there now a days, a friend of mine recommended Top view painting. Vlad came by the next day and gave me an estimate that I was happy with and had him start the following day, he was very proficient in his work and did an amazing job, the quality was spectacular. Finding a subcontractor who is an expert in their field of work is not easy these days with everyone and they're mother trying to opening up they're own business, i would definitely be hiring Vlad from top view painting again.

He painted my house inside and out. He did a great job on all finish work and made our house look like new again. He finished on time, very easy to communicate with and did great work.

Firstly I'll mention that I actually used to be a house painter myself. Because of this I have an eye for the difference between a quality paint job and one where corners were cut. It's pretty easy for a painter to cheat in ways that are hard for most people to initially notice. I know what to look for and Vlad and team really do go the extra mile to do a quality job that will last a long time. He does a great job on prep work (my house needed a ton because it's pretty old), and a quality paint job is all about the prep work. His lines a clean and sharp and the paint is thick. The trim work is smooth and clean. Vlad is professional and very responsive. The price was lower then the other bids I got. I highly recommend Top View Painting.

From estimate to final cleanup, this job involved a bit more than one week in mid-April 2017. Vlad arrived precisely on time to assess the job, then provided a written estimate the next day. We easily re-connected to set a date & time to begin work, and Vlad and his crew showed up exactly when expected. Step one involved careful masking as well as hanging a poly-film cocoon to isolate the kitchen area from the rest of the house. In that same period, surface prep began & our cupboard doors were removed to be painted at the shop. We saw one or two painters almost daily during the course of this job; they were always on time or a bit early. It seemed to me that Vlad's crew worked very efficiently and expertly, and Vlad inspected the work each day to ensure quality. He emphasized to his crew, and to me, that such detailed interior work allowed no room for mistakes. The entire job took a week, but I don't believe it could have been so well in any less time. Although we didn't have use of our kitchen during those days, the rest of the house was unaffected (aside from drop cloths to protect the flooring between the front door and the kitchen). No part of this process gave us any reason for regrets, and we haven't found any flaws in the painted finish in the many weeks that have since passed. We consider it a beautiful job well done, and we intend to call Vlad back in a year or so to paint the exterior of our house.

Excellent job in a timely manner! This is the only company I will go with for whatever painting I will need in the future. Vlad, the owner, always gave a timely response, was punctual, and professional. He and his crew take their time to make sure their customers are happy with the work and get their every penny's worth. After the painting was done, even my neighbors complimented on how nice everything looked. High quality work. Vlad is a businessman you will be happy to do business with. Definitely recommend this contractor.

I heard back soon after buying the deal, but now I have heard nothing and it has been since April 5 and I have not been contacted.

“Nightmare on Top View Painting” My worst experience dealing with any contractors in 10 years. I do NOT recommend these guys. We received 5 bids to repaint our gutters, fascia boards and front door and decided to go with these guys (big mistake!). The old color was Black so we asked them to repaint the gutter/fascia boards to white and front door to RED. They started painting in March 13, 2017, and they always came on the very cloudy days. Twice it rained out on them two hours into the work ruined the gutter/fascia. The most noticeable defects were the front door. The Red paint sprayed was terrible! The uneven tone of shade from top/down, some areas shined; others are dull. Anyone walks to my door will immediately noticed the flaw of the paint job on my door. The guy (Vlad) doesn’t seem to know how to use the pump; or how to adjust or prime the nozzle. As results, we have really bad paint job on our door. From March 15, 2017 – May 01, 2017 (6 weeks), Vlad kept giving me false hopes that they would come back to repaint my door (see the texting below), they never showed up... 6 times!. Finally, I told me don’t bother with promises and lies, I will file a complaints. They also stripped out my front door hardware when they used power tool on a ½ in screw. I had to hired a Locksmith to get the stripped screw out. These guys come and go as they please even in bad weather, and hurry to do lousy jobs so they can get pay. Once they got the money, you will never see them again, another word, there’s NO warranty! This is my worst experience dealing with any contractors in many years. I do NOT recommend these guys. Never a company owns by a 24 years old named Vlad, it’s a BIG mistake! Pay someone extra $200, and you will never deal with headaches and waste your time along with poor jobs.
