Great service and done in an timely manner…

Not good at all. He cut down the tree back in August and I paid him in full. However, he has yet to come back and remove the stumps. I have called him and discussed the matter. He has told me on several occasions that the guy with the equipment will be over to remove the stumps. I spoke with him on Thursday 22 Sept and he told me again, that he and the guy would be over today 24 Sept. I have not seen or heard from him. I have already paid him for the full service, but he has not delivered and has not honored his contract.

The team took four times longer than necessary to do a terrible job: stumps left, equipment and debris everywhere. They demolished my yard removing their trailer after leaving it for weeks which they blamed on the weather. Never came to fix the mud pit they caused, as promised. Showed up weeks later and trespassed on our property to get the wheelbarrow he left behind. A month later when our septic backed up and flooded our basement we discovered they had blocked our septic valve when they gouged a muddy canyon through the yard. We now have thousands of dollars worth of damage to our home. These people should not be in business.

Mr. Torrence and crew arrived. Notified us of their arrival and began work. Within two hours, all the limbs were cut and chipped. They cleaned up with a blower and were finished!! We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the way our tree looked. We highly recommend Mr. Torrence!! He is now our tree specialist!!!!!

It went great! They were very easy to work with, Buddy the owners name is straight forward and honest. They do what you told them to do. Very flexible and enough to make changes. They had taken down some small trees and they do that free of charge. In fact they were hired by my neighbors! Excellent job!

Everything went very well! They were very respectful and responsive to what we were looking to have done. To us, it was a large project, but with their experienced workers, it seemed small, we were impressed at how quickly they got everything done. They went above and beyond on cleaning the property up! I have worked with a few different companies over the years, but this group is/was the best all around! Will also be the only one use moving forward!!! Priced very reasonably as well!!! Kudos all around for Torrence & Sons Tree Service!!!

Fred and his team did a great job on a difficult job. Their pricing is fair, work professional, and the subcontractor they use for stump grinding was great. Would use Torrence and Sons again!

They were excellent to work with. They gave a free estimate and it honored it. Charged a fair price. Showed up on time, went straight to work, finished quickly and left the area neat and organized. They were friendly and courteous. I would definitely use them again.
