"[Member Name Removed] You recently posted a review on our company on angle's list.com. Your review is erroneous. Your review states an unsatisfactory tree removal on the 13th of October 2016 for $400.00. This information is not accurate. These are the actual facts of your service. 1. An estimate was provided on the 2nd of May 2014 and I met with Deema Labanieh. 2. Service was quoted for $375.00 and scheduled for the 12th of May 2014. 3. There were root remains left by our crew and we returned on the 30th of July 2014 to remove the remaining roots. 3. There was an issue with the crew and the performance of the service. Tustin Police Department were present during the service at the crew's request. The police officer present filed an incident report which can be provided should you request it. I hope that we delivered service as promised. As a courtesy, I would sincerely appreciate if you updated your review. If there was an unsatisfactory issue with our service. I would like to assist you with a resolution regardless of the lapse in time. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. At your disposal for any further information, Kind Regards, David Torres"

don't hire this company. they came in and did not cover the pool before starting work. i asked that they start at 8 am rather than 730 as a courtesy to the neighbors but they started at 730. the workers were rude. they left the first day without completing the job. after close inspection, the roots were not removed as contracted - they came back on their schedule and removed some of them but refuse to come back and remove the remaining roots. my landscaper and hardscapers will not have to charge more to remove the roots to the proper depth

David Torres responded quickly with a professional bid, a reasonable price and the available dates. David has an exceptionally efficient and clear e-contract that he sends out with all the needed CSLB backup documentation re: bonds, worker's comp etc.. This is a well run family business. Not huge, yet well equipped and always personable. They arrived on the scheduled date an hour or so late. Given traffic on the westside, this isn't entirely unusual. Once they got here they worked efficiently, tidied up perfectly and were gone within the hour. Crew members were attentive and polite. We will call them again.

We don't have a written agreement, if we want to dismiss them we can any time. But, what we do is pay $55 a month. Sometimes there is a lot of stuff they deal with, sometimes not too much. We have a few rose bushes and stuff. The price is relatively good. We're satisfied. They're responsive. They come on either Wednesday or Thursday. It doesn't matter to us because they do their thing. They're here for a limited amount of time, they do their thing and move on. But they come weekly. We've been using them for a number of years.

We've used them for 5 years. They service all of Orange County in California. They come out every year in November. They show up exactly on time, very prompt. They do the job and they're gone in about 2 1/2 hours. They clean up and they do a great job. Perfect. They are very polite, and very professional. They are all properly licensed and they have everything they need and they jump on my tree and cut and they are done. <br /> <br />

I contacted Torres Tree Service on a Thursday and the tree was removed exactly one week later! I'm incredibly impressed. I contacted five other companies, Torres gave me the second lowest price, but when I told them about it they were able to beat the lowest by $150! They gave me four choices for service times and were very punctual. The job was done incredibly well and they cleaned up everything. I definitely recommend them.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and excellent service Torres Tree Service provides clients. I initially contacted them and they were able to go to my property and give me a quote without my having to meet them. The price they gave was very competitive, and we eventually negotiated a final price that beat the competition. They showed up to the property promptly at 8:30 am and were done with the job in under two hours. They were fast, clean, and very professional. Their entire process, from making the appointment, to confirmation emails and calls, to follow-up and follow-through, was exceptional. A true five-star experience. <br />

I was promised a 730 am to 1230 pm window in which the work was supposed to be done. The crew showed up at 645 am. I had to ask them to wait until 730 to start so not to wake up the neighbors. They waited. <br /> The work was completed very fast with what seemed like an army of workers. When they were done, the foreman walked me around and asked if I was satisfied and if there was anything else he and his guys could do. <br /> I am very satisfied with their work and I would hire them again without reservation. <br />

We used Torres Tree Services to cut back and shape several trees around our house. The trees were overgrown and needed some serious work. This company was extremely professional from the beginning. Their prices were better than several other quotes I got. They seemed very honest and made recommendations and suggestions, but were not pushy at all. <br />
