Jessie from Tortoise (also known as Freedom) Appliance Service was awesome! He was the first to respond to my project needs and came out the next day, on time and ready to work. The fix was simple for him, not me, and he charged me exactly what he quoted. As a plus, he is open, honest and friendly. I would absolutely hire him again. Highly recommended. Five star service!
