Brian was very responsive from the minute I messaged him on Angie’s list. He listened to what we needed and recommended a solution. He was the best price by a long shot. Before he left I asked for a magnet on our furnace so I would always know to call him.

I requested a quote via Angie's List and someone contacted me within a couple of hours. This being my first time with a furnace issue, I indicated that I wanted an estimate for repair or replacement. The representative told me that since they were in my area, they could come over the same day and repair it. I asked again for an estimate and they indicated that they would need to look at it first and stressed again that they could do it same day since they were working in the area. I agreed to have them look at it, which they did. The recommendation was to replace due to the age of the furnace. As they were leaving, they said they would provide an estimate and that, by the way, this visit is an $89 service fee. Not only did no one mention a service fee for visiting, it has been a week and I still don't have an estimate. Other companies provide estimates for free. This was a waste of my time and money.

Guys were great and informative but after they measured my AC's refrigerant level they indicated I didn't need my AC refilled so I wasted money purchasing the option that included the 1 pound of refrigerant!

They came on time, when scheduled, and acted in a professional manner. They showed my Wife several things that needed to be corrected, such as the Furnace filter, which we had the wrong type on the furnace. They added 2 lbs of Freon, and the AC has been working perfectly since that time.

It went well found out exactly how long before we need to consider replacing the a/c unit but the furnace was fairly new and what part might break first. We didn't pay anything extra only the $69 for 22-point inspection

Needed additional maintenance. Technicians had supplies in truck--no need to schedule another visit. One suggestion--check for schedule availability (by phone) before purchasing coupons.

I believe it went well. Very pleased with the service tech and the outcome. They responded quickly and although there appointments were booked into the next week, the rep of the company asked would we be ok with being "on-call" in the event time allowed they could come the next day and they were about to come out the next day.

I love this company. I have used them repeatedly in the past. They are punctual, efficient, and proficient. And friendly! I also think that their prices are very reasonable. I called them when my blower motor went out, in the hot summer, and they managed to work me into their busy schedule on the day that I requested, then worked hard out in the hot sun to get the blower motor replaced. I plan to always use them in the future.
