They did an amazing job and he even came back to make sure everything was working after hours. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them to service it.

From the beginning Alex treated us like a customer should expect,,, He was clear, concise, professional and just a nice guy to deal with. We had 6 estimates and landed on Total Comfort... Alex even applied the 5% discount for the installation as an Angie's List member... They got us in the same week! Paul and his crew came out and were there at 8AM sharp! Took care of everything in one day and even answered all the oddball questions I had! Walked me through everything they were doing and left the place cleaner than when they got there! I seriously couldn't have asked for a better install! With Trane having a 60 month 0% promotion going on it was really a no brainer! Replaced a 16 year old Trane dual fuel system with another Trane and hope I get another 15 years out of it! I hope the maintenance service is as good as the install and all that led up to it! You can't go wrong with Total Comfort and of course, "Nothing can stop a trane!" Thanks Everyone at Total Comfort for making my Wife Happy! Happy Wife, Happy Life!

Contacted Total Comfort as soon as we realized our unit had stopped blowing cold. Unfortunately it was in the evening and after hours (isn't that always the way). Received a call back from an on-call technician within just a few minutes. I explained what was going on and he was more than willing to jump in is truck and head over but was very straight forward and explained that he could diagnose but there was always a possibility he may not have the parts needed that night. I hadn't considered that and was appreciative of his candor. Thunder storm rolling (thankfully) so I knew the temps were going to drop for the evening and told the tech I'd push the service call until the next day. He asked that I contact the office first thing to get on the schedule. Next morning I received a call from Total Comfort before I could call them and they scheduled a tech to come out between 1pm and 4pm that afternoon. A little before 1pm, the tech "Alex R" called to let us know he was on his way. Yes, that's correct. They set a service window between 1pm and 4pm and they actually showed up at the beginning of the quoted service window not and hour or two after it (which seems more the norm for service contractors). Skipping ahead to the most important part... Alex was awesome. Not just punctual but extremely polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, offered the solution, answered our questions, asked for authorization before proceeding and didn't try to up-sell. That's the support a homeowner expects. Thanks Alex and Total Comfort.

Of course your air conditioner dies when the temperature is high. Total Comfort came to the rescue. They were able to come out on the day we called. Alex gave us a quote for a new unit that we could not pass up. A lot lower than we anticipated. Joseph and Mike were fantastic. They arrived and after a quick tour of the carcass of the old unit, they went straight to work. We could not be happier with their professionalism. By four that afternoon Joseph and Mike were finished. A quick lesson on our new thermostat and a few pointers on keeping our unit running efficiently and we were cooling our house. We highly recommend Total Comfort for your heating and cooling needs.

This was an Excellent installation - precise (meticulous) and clean. Wish we had done this sooner. This was a great experience from start (sales) to finish (installation and follow-up). The new system is fabulous. We've been using Total Comfort for over 14 years, so this wasn't a surprise.

A/C stopped working on a Sunday. Called Total Comfort, answering service answered call, and asked if my situation was an emergency. I stated it was not, so they took a message. Promptly on Monday morning, my call for service was returned. My Trane XL14i air conditioner was not providing cold air. The fan on the compressor would turn, just no cold air. A technician arrived at about 11:30 and discovered the capacitor was bad. I was pleased that it wasn’t more serious and was back up and running in about an hour. He also checked the system pressure and ensured it was within specs. I could have been lied to and told the whole compressor needs to be replaced for thousands of dollars, so credit for integrity. The capacitor sells on-line for about $25 and I was charged $300 for the service. I, however, do not have the training required to diagnose the problem, nor the overhead costs associated with running a business, so the cost is within reason. Overall, I’m very pleased with this experience and am looking to have my furnace replaced with some system upgrades, and will likely have Total Comfort provide that service as well.

Very professional and polite. Worked as a team (three people) to get the work done. Patient - explained things when I asked. Made certain everything was working before they left. No issues in initial week and I don't anticipate any. Initial reviewer was polite and patient. House is much better than before. This may sound silly but there wasn't any smoking on the job (I don't think any of them were smokers) - but that's important to me. Price was excellent with recommendations matching what Trane recommended, i.e., didn't try to sell a more expensive product that we didn't need. Price included a new hot water heater - was a special for the month

Technicians were on time, professional, and reviewed entire system set-up and functions. Work area was cleaned up and estimated time to install was accurate. Great job!

Everything went well and was professionally done. No mess was left. I was also given a temporary window AC to use until my installation was done.

I've been pleased with them. They put in our central air and I think they do a good job. I hear other companies come and do a maintenance check and they're less expensive, so I'd give them a B for price. My experience with them was satisfactory. They put in our central air we do pay them yearly for the maintenance checks of the system.

After listening to my needs and concerns Alex designed me a perfect TRANE system to ensure my home stayed cool and comfortable. The install team was professional and courteous. They made sure to listen and comply with any special concerns I had (I'm kind of OCD) before they started any work. The install was done in a timely manner and they ensured that they cleaned up everything before they left. Before deciding on Total, I had talked to other companies and received other quotes. In conjunction with all the "extras" Total does standard (like drawing a permit), Alex delivered me a better system, for the money, than anyone else by far. It is hard to be excited about spending this much money on an AC system but when it hit the hottest day of the year (thus far) and my upstairs was still sitting at a cool 71, I was smiling from ear to ear. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service! Josh and his team (Kevin and Chris - installers) were great from the first phone call until the house cooled down! Professional staff, took every precaution to keep our house clean while they worked, cleaned up afterwards....very customer focused. They met every timeline they provided. The ladies in the office staff were super friendly. Of note, it took a few days before we could get system installed. They delivered and installed window units in the den and bedrooms to get us through the hot days. All i all, a great experience and we can't recommend going anywhere else.

They seemed to find lots of things that "needed" fixed. A second opinion showed those items did not in fact need to be addressed yet.

That was fine. They were very good. They got the job done. I had only a brief service with them. It was just an emergency call.

Ended up replacing entire ac system due to little cost between repair and replacement.

Office personnel were very accommodating, even registered unit warranty. Installers were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They installed a window unit since it was so hot and the new HVAC had to be ordered. Would I use them again? You bet.
