Total Contractors, LLC

TL;DR : Exceptional General Contractor who is honest, trustworthy, provides exceptional value, and above average craftsmanship while caring about the client and project. Five out of five stars is not enough to rate Total Contractors. I could not have asked for a better experience from Adam and his team. We purchased a recently updated condo in October of 2020 and in February of 2021 we were hit with the once in a lifetime winter storm Uri that many other Texans experienced. Unfortunately we sustained significant damage to our entire first floor including the kitchen, bathroom, living spaces and utility areas making the home uninhabitable. Finding a fair, honest, trustworthy contractor in statewide catastrophic event is no easy task. At the suggestion of a friend who had used Total Contractors, we contacted Adam, as luck would have it Adam was willing to meet to discuss if this was a project his team could take on due to current demand. From our first meeting, Adam was on time and seemed genuinely interested in meeting not only our needs but, also seeing our vision to return our condo from an uninhabitable construction zone to a home. Working with the insurance company to secure the appropriate funding to restore our home was difficult but, Adam went to bat for us to ensure we got the funds to do the job right and to meet the standards of his reputation. Communication is key when working with a contractor, I was provided with regular updates of the progress of the project and anytime I had a question Adam or someone from his team was a phone call away to promptly give me an answer. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is fantastic. I have a critical eye due to my occupation and if there ever was an issue brought to the team it was resolved almost instantly. I have worked with many General Contractors in the past and I can confidently say that this has been my absolute best experience. They have earned a customer for life and I would strongly encourage anyone who is looking for a high quality contractor to use Total Contractors.

We were getting our home ready to sell and was referred by our realtor. Took care of everything next day from our home inspection.

We searched all over and called roughly 15 or so contractors! Total was the only one that cared enough to walk us through each step and take our numerous calls and I will say this here that they actually talked us out of some added features due to resell of our home! WAS NOT A MONEY GRAB! I have heard nothing but nightmares of other companies or individuals taking money and not doing the work, this was not the case! Overall 10 STARS!

So extremely pleased- Not one issue and each step was communicated and they did everything on the invoice. Look no further with these guys and gals.

Total contractors was great! My biggest pet peeve was keeping our home clean during the renovation process and they went above and beyond that. This actually change my view on contractors calling them.

We had great experience. They did everything they said and all of their team was so helpful. We would use them again!
