"Mr. [Member Name Removed]; The big deal offered to Angie's List customers for $39.99 is a 25-point inspection which includes lubrication and balancing of your door as per the details. This would not include any repairs that may have been the reason for your original purchase of the big deal. I can gladly say that the reviews and praise we get from not only Angie's list customers are a testament to us leaving our clients satisfied. That being said this is the first time as owner I am hearing there was possibly dissatisfaction with your repair. The price paid was $325 for your work and included replacing the coupler on you motor. The price also included replacing all the rollers with new sealed ball bearings. This will allow for a better operating door and will extend the life of all the other components. Always at your service, Jason T."
