Our Navien combo system was acting up, and another company (T Webber) told us it needed to be replaced entirely—for $7,000—even though it was still under warranty and this fee was just for their labor! Thankfully, we called Kevin for a second opinion, and we’re so glad we did! Kevin quickly identified the real issue and assured us the unit didn’t need to be replaced, just repaired with a few new parts. This was honestly the best experience that I've had with a plumber. I find nowadays that it's difficult to even get a plumber to call you back. Kevin answered right away and fortunately, he didn't have a morning appointment. He came right over and worked to find the most reasonable solution for me without cutting any corners.
