The young man who came to clean our windows seemed nice enough so I didn't check the house before he left; my mistake. Floors were tracked in with dirt from outside. Shell art in flower bed broken, very unhappy. Furniture not put back into place. What little I did see him do outside there was not one screen cleaned. Did not wipe down window sills. Even though I asked about all the windows being done, which he assured me they were I know for a fact that at least two were not. The one in our shower area and the one in the laundry room. The reason why I know is because of soap scum still being there and since he did not put back anything he moved the items on the window sill were still in exactly the same place, which would have been impossible if he had actually cleaned the windows. Finally, we have 22 windows. They were to be cleaned both inside and out plus the screens and tracks, if necessary. It is my belief that one person cannot complete a sufficiently in one and a half hours.

They cancelled twice before finally coming to do job. Left hoses strung out in yard. One spray nozzle from hose missing. Job done on everything was satisfactory.

GREAT! Very professional, answered all questions, offered warranty. I had 3 sliders and two large windows covered (inside), all went well. Would use them again, for sure.

I did not have to move any furniture as they did it for me .They left my home in the same condition it was before they started , all back in place and clean ! From the first phone call, everyone that has to do with company has been absolutely amazing. Rich came and did the estimate and was extremely knowledgeable of what they did and was able to personalize my car and home as I wanted it. They are coming back to my home to do the rest of my house, once I had the end product of the first windows, I was more than willing to have them back. They were very accommodating with pricing and you could tell that they really take pride in their work. Thanks guys again, I can't wait to work with you again.

The job was completed in a highly professional manner, it was done in a prompt and timely manner, and the work was done by staff who was so very courteous and extremely respectful of my property. What a delightful experience and a beautiful outcome. Having the tint applied made an instant difference in the sun's glare and heat inside the home. I recommend Total Shield to anyone searching for superior quality in products and service. Their pricing is comparable to other companies in this same business; however, I doubt you could match the services they provide at any cost. From my experience, they are the best in the business! I would not utilize any other business for future needs of this type.

Mike came and gave a good description of the various products offered to meet our needs, and offered a good price for the windows we wanted to address. Brent then showed up, as scheduled and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly got to work, cutting each piece that was to be installed with expert skill. He secured and smoothed the film on each window like magic.  There was little awareness there was film on the windows, except that the former glare was gone. We had one small window on the other side of the house we had discovered needed the treatment after the original bid. Brent was happy to do the extra window for a small additional fee while he was here.  We were very pleased with the work done.

I contacted said company and Mike responded within a couple days to my area to provide a quote. We settled on a reasonable installation price and scheduled installation. Installer actually showed up early so in my case, great news. The installation was approx 4 hrs. All work performed to my satisfaction and i'm very happy to this day.
