Dinesh and Matthew were extremely responsive with same day service for the original job and also a latter follow-up visit. They were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They had a lot of patience with the questions of non-tech experts. I will hire them again if we have any future tech needs.

So I’ve been with terrible WiFi for a long time. Ever since I moved to my new house, the WiFi was always good in the basement but anywhere else in the house it was lacking speed and efficiency. I really needed to change this up and even bought an extender from Verizon that didn’t really do much at all. Keep in mind I have Verizon FIOS which is the highest speed from the carrier. I didn’t think that this could be solved until I called TotalTechGeeks. They recommended a mesh network system that would solve the problem. So I hired them to come and install this system and they responded immediately. They solved my bad WiFi issue within 30 minutes and ever since I have had really strong WIFI throughout the house. I’m talking going from 3.60 mbps in my room to 248 mbps. The router is in the basement and my room is in the third floor. Overall, would highly recommend them for any WIFI needs and other services that they offer!

They have a good service. They haven't return my system disk yet but their personable, they listen to me, and they didn't try to just make me buy a new one and they fixed what I wanted.
