They did good work, were friendly, cleaned up and carried away the all cut branches  I;m not sure of the date the services were preformed as I filled out a review right after but Angie must have lost it, but I certainly do remember Pierre and the excellent work they did, <br />

They did a fine job. They had to drag it out a piece at a time with a front end loader because there was a narrow place where they had to take it into my backyard and there was no other way to get it out. They did a really good job and were professional, neat and clean. They were well-mannered and there was no yelling and screaming or loud music on the radio.

The provider did not have a chipper to reduce the trimmings. They made do using chain saws. <br /> The owner was very capable. There was no damage to the house. <br /> Job took about 4 hours with 5 guys. <br /> I would like to have a more thorough cleaning after the service but perhaps I should have negotiated that. <br /> Sticks and trash cleanup took about 4 hours to clean small debris. <br /> DO NOT BUY THE BIG DEAL. THEY WERE QUICK TO CALCULATE THE PRICE RIGHT AT THE REGULAR PRICE. <br />

Pierre was very professional, responsive and very cautious to prevent further damage to house that the trees had caused. Did a great job!

Having used this company last year and being very pleased with their work, we called again for an estimate on more trees to be taken down.  Pierre came out with a coworker, listened to what we wanted done, looked over the trees, explained how the job would have to be done, gave us an estimate and a date to do the work.  I asked about the senior discount that we had been allowed last year and he said that could apply again this year.  We accepted his estimate and agreed on a date to do the work.  He and his crew showed up on the day of work, took down the 3 trees, cut them up into firewood sized pieces (for splitting at a later date), and stacked the brush and small logs (from branches).  The work was done carefully, and the trees fell just where Pierre had told us they would.  Great job once again. <br />

When I contacted Total Tree Service, the person that answered the phone was courteous, easy to talk to, and very helpful; I could tell that they wanted and appreciated my business.  The price was very fair and included delivery and stacking.  Later the same day, three young men arrived with my wood and immediately started unloading and stacking right where I asked them to.  These were friendly, hard-working people that I will definately call again. <br />

We just purchased a new home that had beautiful trees, however, they were extremely large and growing over the roof of the house and on the house. My husband and I weren't sure how in the world they'd be able to take the liters over the house down. When we met Pierre we knew we wanted to use him. You could instantly tell he knew what he was talking about and that he and his crew could handle the job. Before we closed on the house we had two different companies out to give us estimates. One estimate came in at over $5000.00! Pierre quoted $2600 for the entire project. We knew this was an outstanding deal for the job we knew it would be to do the work that needed to be done. Pierre and his team were absolutely AMAZING. The total project took three days to complete, but when it was all finished it was still $2600.00. If ever we need tree trimming in the future, Total Tree Service is who we will use!!

I called and left message asking for estimate on job.  Got a return call a couple of hours later.  Set up appointment on a mutally acceptable day.  Pierre called to say he was on his way before appointment time.  He and his helper arrived, listened to what we wanted done, looked over the 2 trees and gave us a fair estimate.  We agreed and he asked if we would like the job done on the spot.  That worked for us, so within 2 hours we had both our trees cut into manageable logs.  Not only were the logs cut completely through, but they were also turned on their ends so that we knew they had been separated and later we could split them at our leisure.  Both workers were very friendly and very professional.  I will certainly recommend them to anyone and will use this company again when the need arises.

They did an excellent job at a reasonable price and very fast.So yes, I would recommend Pierre and his crew for tree service.

I had a large cypress tree fall onto my fence during a hailstorm.  Pierre came out the same day to view the tree and give me an estimate.  He explained that we would have to remove a section of my fence to get to the tree and would have to back his wood chipper onto my lawn.  I agreed but was very nervous.   When they began work, I could barely watch as they removed a fence panel and started chipping away at the tree.  After one hour I came back outside to check on the progress and was stunned to see everything back to normal. Two of the guys were even raking my lawn of twigs.  You can't even tell with close inspection which fence panel was removed.  There were no tire tracks from the wood chipper either. <br /> <br /> I was very impressed and will call Total Tree Service at my next tree cutting need.

Following my call of inquiry, an estimator was sent to our home the following day. He explained that it would be the next week before a team could get to us due to heavy demands caused by a recent hailstorm. The crew reported as promised. They explained that their job would be to take down the two standing trees, cut, and stack the debris. A second team came the following day to take care of the uprooted tree . Their work included hauling off larger pieces from all three trees and chipping the branches. Wood designated as firewodd was cut into appropriate lengths and stacked. Except for looking empty (three missing trees!), the yard appeared as though the storm had never come through. Although it was not initially contracted, we requested that they remove the stumps, so a third visit was required. Once again, they were prompt and thorough. I can not speak more highly of this company.

Overall, the experience was okay. We have a drain field and they wanted to drive heavy equipment across our lawn instead of walking the limbs to the grinder. They were not willing to compromise. It was unfortunate that they were unwilling to work with us on this, so we terminated the contract, which was mutual.

The guy that gave me the quote was really good and pleasant guy.He knew what he was doing. <br /> <br /> I would tell people not to judge him . <br /> Don.t judge a book by it's cover, because he had long hair and he looked like a hippie. <br /> He was a really good guy and knows his work. <br /> <br /> I would absolutely use him again.
