Whatever you do, do not use this company. Worst experience moving I've ever had. They caused about $15,000 worth of damages to my belongings and wouldn't even talk to me about it for a whole year. They ignored all of my phone calls and letters. The only way I got them to talk to me at all was by getting the federal government involved. Even then, they broke their word and drug their feet, and I only got about a third of what they should have paid me. I will never forget this and I will tell everyone I know. Again. do not use them. Stay away.

These people suck. They left 1/2 my stuff in one storage unit and never stopped at the second storage unit. They suck. The person on the phone keeps hanging up on me. You can't understand what they are saying. Complete cluster **** up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A bunch of dishonest crooks. I was originally quoted $2300 for a move from Florida to Texas. By the time it was all said and done, I ended up paying $9700. I had damage to my property in Texas, holes in the walls from careless movers. Oh, I'd like to add that they hired movers off of Craiglist to unload my stuff. In addition to damage to my home, they also damaged my belongings! I've filled out all of these online forms, only to be offered $157. Lastly, they charged my $1500 extra for direct delivery from Florida to Texas. Only half of my items arrived. I called nervously for over 2 weeks requesting an update on the remaining belongings. The remaining belongings arrived 2 weeks later and DAMAGED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don't know who is writing reviews on behalf of this company, but I doubt they are truthful. This is the WORST experience I've ever had and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. I will be filing reports with federal agencies and the Better Business Bureau as well. Giving them a one star was the only way I could post this review to warn others. They aren't deserving of that. ZERO STARS!

Please never hire this company . It was the worse nightmare we never lived. They damaged 50 per cent of our furniture and belongings. They shown up 2 weeks in delay with a very aggressive attitude. They threaten us to donâ t deliver all the time. Rude and inappropriate communication. Not bilingual for sure . Few boxes still missing and they charged crazy amount of money . Always asking for cash otherwise no delivery. They keep you in hostage with your boxes in their truck . Please be aware and do not hire them

Highly recommended. They were punctual, all of them were nice. And the most important thing was that they were extremely detailed and careful with my things. Iâ m happy I found them at the right time

They will loose your items, they will damage your furniture. Such a poor communication. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Even their driver said that this company is bad.

Never use. Boxes damaged. Did not communicate. Furniture moved several times. Gashes in dresser. Increased price as they went along. Horrible!

Do not higher this company. Call the day before moving wanted to change my date. I said no I needed to be out by the 10 th called them later to get a time left a message called the next day for a time no answer called Louis he said my time was 12 pm that time came and went then I called again at 2 pm to get a time she told ne she would call me back the Forman was not answering his phone someone called me back and gave me a time 3 - 7 REALLY this is bill ****!!!! so here we sit just waiting this is crazy. Would not recommend this company not if u need to get out the day they are to come to move u.

They were late. 3 people were suppose to show up. Only 1 then he spent 45 minutes on his phone, they did not know how to pack at all. Not organized. They did not bring boxes for packing. Let our stuff sit in the rain. They broke and damaged so many of our antiqueâ s. Broke my antique dresser, damaged my antique cedar cheat. Broke our 400, fish tank stand. They broke our hutch glass. Dented our refrigerator. Broke our yard figureâ s. It took them 4 hours to load due to them having to unload and rearrange. We arrive d at our destination and they demand more money to unload. We were forced to get more money. Prior to us renting, they told me it would only take an hour and a half to load the truck. They worked slow, yet so much of our stuff is broken due to their carelessness. Oh and they asked us if we would give them one of our tv.s. I was told the company has their own fleet of trucks. This was not true, they rented a uhaul. They do not care about the customer especially this veteran family. I tried calling the company to complain and Luis did not call me back. From the time we got a quote to them pulling out of the driveway horrible service.

It was a great experience working with this company. They worked really fast and they cared about every single item from my house. I'm grateful I found you guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Contacted TMS LLC for a move, from SFL to VA. I spoke with one person at TMS, named Andy. The price was attractive so I took the bait and paid the 30% deposit via electronic invoice. The move was scheduled for March 28, 2022. On Sunday, March 27 at 5:50 PM, I received a text message from someone I had never spoken to before, named Luis Glue. The text message stated that their truck had engine failure and that the move which was scheduled for Monday morning, will now be taking place on Thursday, March 31. This was a no-go, as I needed to be out of my complex before the 31st, which was discussed with Andy many times beforehand. On Monday morning March 28th, I tried contacting Andy because this was unacceptable. I was then told by someone named Mary, that Andy is on vacation and will return in 30 days. (30 days!? Where do they do that at?!) I knew something was up, and went ahead and made other arrangements that same day. On Wednesday, March 30th, I received a call from Mary, informing me now that the move (pickup date) must be moved to Friday, April 1st. I told her that this was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable AND THEY has broken the contract agreement, therefore their 10-day cancellation refund policy is void. She stated that no refund can be given. As per the contract itself, the move date was listed as March 31st. Still, the company canceled the movie, which was set for that Monday the 28th, which the text message from Luis confirms. They may think they got away with the money, but they found the RIGHT guy. For this company, I have time now and proper legal resources. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
