We received a quote from Robbi and Jennifer with Touch above the rest after they came out to our home to discuss what we wanted. They required over half the cost of the total project cost upfront to purchase materials. We gave it to them in check form, which they cashed. Then over the next months we realized we had made a huge mistake. Excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't make with continuous promises that they would be back ASAP. We still to this day only have 8 crooked and leaning posts in the ground since our initial early July request. We have terminated the project and requested our deposit returned minus whatever materials and labor, and have never received this check or money returned to us. They no longer respond to our requests. Do not hire this group!
