Work was not performed as expected. Lots of areas overlooked and were not cleaned. Owner, however, was very willing to right the wrong, but I had already fixed the problematic areas.

Touch of Class Cleaning has a key and alarm code To my restaurants; they let themselves in and clean. If there were any trouble areas, I would let them know ahead of time. Only once was there a slight over look; however, the own came out and cleaned the missed area herself.
