Fraudulent , the contractor gave me paperwork that says guaranteed for 20 years and then blocked my number and disappeared, he left work undone.

My experience with Ben was very good I called toughline masonry and construction and Ben responded instantly and came and looked him and he's team were on time friendly and polite the bricks on my step came loose and needed minor repairs they got the job done and now I'm not worried about tripping on my step. It looks great thanks guys

Where do I start I reached out to toughline masonry and construction and Ben responded instantly and arranged to come out and take a look that day. I had a chimney that was leaning and damaged and we just had a lot of rain and quite a lot of water was leaking in We agreed on a reasonable price and Ben and his team rebuilt my chimney the next day and prioritized my job considering the situation I was in. And all the work came with a 20 years guarantee which is a bonus. Would highly recommend these guys and will be using again. Thanks to the team you were great polite and friendly overall lifesavers
