Outstanding - Shannon fixed two gutter areas, including a complicated one which runs through the house and was backing up causing a stain on the exterior of the house. He worked quickly and efficiently, and charged a very fair price. He even painted to new gutter to match.

I called and he came out quickly, gave an estimate and made the repairs in a timely manner. He and his employee were polite and friendly.

Overall Terrible. The job was never finished. I have been calling him since August It is now January and I am getting water in the basement because of his poor work. The other side was leaking causing my neighbors basement to get water. The downspouts he installed are leaking at the elbows. My existing gutters were ruined by his crew. He blamed his original crew for the original bad job. But this was in August I have been trying to get the original job finished since August I am absolutely fed up with "you will be placed on the schedule" . I am hiring another gutter service to do this job right. $1755 down the drain! I have never had a worse experience. Shannon had 5 months to make this better and fed me BS. No doubt he will try to blame his original crew that did the poor work but it is now January and he has had 5 months to fix it .I will only take this down if I am refunded the cost minus garage work.

Wonderful job by these guys! Chris really knows what he is doing! I had a ton of loose downspouts and he secured them as well as put back a downspout that had come apart - he basically redid the poor work done by the builder of our house. We had one joint that had come apart on a downspout on our garage due to the garbage men bashing the can in to it overtime. He rerouted the spout so it is parallel to the garage instead of perpendicular and fit a metal cuff over the downspout at the height of the garbage can handle so the can hits the handle instead of the downspout. Genius! Would definitely give these guys a call again for future work.

Our gutter was overflowing despite having been cleaned in the fall. Shannon sent a repair crew out to inspect the gutter. In the end, it just needed to be cleaned out. They only charged me for a cleaning and a roof sweep.

I called Shannon Touhy about troubleshooting my gutters as they were very problematic, downspouts in the wrong places, etc. It was negatively impact both my basement water problems and my neighbor as well. Shannon discussed things with me at length over the phone and gave me the basic costs for certain repairs/renovations then, to give me a ball-park estimate immediately. He sent his foreman Josh over the next day who spent over an hour with me discussing all our options of which he presented many. Their philosophy of repair and renovation first was desirable, however I realized it would be a big job regardless - so I opted for a full replacement. Josh was able to give me an on-the-spot quote for the renovations and another for the replacement. Shannon got back to me a couple days later about scheduling and they were able to come within the week and complete the job in one day. It was a big job and it looks absolutely beautiful. The whole team - Josh, Antoine and Joey - all introduced themselves and were kind enough to warn me where there would be debris to avoid. They were also interested in making sure our greenery would not die for overwatering due to downspout placement - very observant and appreciated. We discussed some options throughout the job and it went very well - and their quote was almost half the price of a competitor I already spoke with. They were all extremely professional, punctual, well-spoken and tidy. They also run a gutter cleaning service, one that I will no doubt take advantage of later, as I have some great gutters now. I would hire them again, in a minute.

Shannon came to see our house on Aug 16 and had the estimate done by Aug 18 and job was scheduled for and completed on Aug 19 by Shannon and Josh. We are very satisfied with their timeliness and quality of the work and they showed us pics of the before and after so we knew exactly what we were getting. We would recommend Touhy repairs to others. Thank you.

Very simple appointment process. Shannon personally answered the phone calls (which is nice) and gave me a basic quote over the phone. His prices were comparable to others, but he was recommended to me, so I went with him. Shannon was very prompt, professional and competent. My only complaint is the cost of this service relative to the amount of time it took him to do the work. It was about $440 for 30 minutes of work. The pricing is based on the job however, and seems to be fairly similar across the industry. I would recommend Shannon and use him again in the future.

The front gutter was partially torn off the house due to the winds in late February. I contacted Shannon on the 3rd of March, and he explained to me what needed to be done, his schedule (to level set availability), and an estimated price. He got back to me on the 4th or March with a firm date of the 9th to perform the work. The job was done quickly and professionally, and matched exactly what we discussed. <br />

Our gutters were in bad shape and Shannon replaced all the roofing nails with gutter brackets. He also cleaned up really well - there were no old nails left on the ground. We will definitely be working with Shannon again on other projects. <br />

He is good at doing jobs that are too small for a general contractor.  He takes responsibility for cleaning up.  He accidentally damaged our table but paid us.  I give him credit for his work.  He is very honest and his price is reasonable.   <br /> <br /> He is not always on time but he makes up for it.
