Fantastic. I can't say enough how professional, prompt, meticulous, hard working, fairly priced they were. They came and gave us a quote via email professionally which we signed. They left the front of the house spotless and worked tirelessly for 3 days. They also fixed my mailbox which had become slightly unsteady even though this was not part of the job. I would highly recommend and will use Town Remodeling LLC again in the near future for other projects around the house.

When the left the room was clean and Serge was good about explaining what had been done and what they would be doing the next day.The room looks fantastic; better than i ever would have expected. It was a pleasure to work with Sergiy on my 3 bathrooms remodeling project. He was up-front about the costs, delivered high quality workmanship, and was easy to communicate with. He and Nick worked meticulously. It turned out my walls were not level. Sergiy took care to even them out with layers of spackle and sanding, so that the corner tiles lined up in a beautiful straight line. I really appreciated this extra effort to make it look right. Sergiy gave me regular updates during the project, and the work was completed 5 days ahead of schedule. I would most definitely work with him on future projects.

Serge, Nick, and Alex did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom from top to bottom. I have an old house, and before the project, no major work had been done on the bathroom in over 30 years. They started with a complete demolition and meticulously planned and executed every step of building a bathroom from start to finish. They worked very long hours for about a month and overcame every problem and challenge that came up without compliant. They did not take a single extra day off and after every work day I saw visible progress. Serge was also very transparent and responsive about communicating problems and was willing to go above and beyond the original plan to make sure the job was done the right way. He is also very professional. Every week he sent me a detailed invoice with complete documentation of all material purchases and labor costs. There were no hidden surcharges or unexpected costs. I would not hesitate to hire again!

Solid work, good experience. Serge gave me an estimate after I showed him what we needed and that number matched the final bill. He and his partner Nick were professional, communicated with me about any issues they discovered, such as the height of mirrors I asked them to set up, also a certain paint color and some other specifications. They even fixed up a faucet at no charge. Hard workers, nice guys. Recommended.

Sergiy ensured all receipts were properly documented and emailed every Friday. Further, all unused items were returned back to stores 2. Hard work – Sergiy and Nick work tireless to ensure the project was completed within the time agreed on the contract. In spite of lost days such as snow storm with no power, they ensured no day is lost by working extra hours, and in some cases with a flash-light 3. Craftsmanship – They showed excellent creativity in the design of the renovated bathroom. It went great. Sergei provided me with a formal estimate and kept in touch over text or email. I kept adding services throughout the day because they were doing such a good job, I could have had them for a here month! Everytime they completed a part of the job we did a walkthrough to makes sure we were pleased and they would adjust, or touch up where necessary.

Excellent. Sergiy and his team came when they said they would, worked hard while they were here, were punctual, trustworthy, and paid attention to detail. He showed us pictures of the closet that he was working on for us while we were out of the home to see if it was as we imagined it. We are expecting our first child, and the closet is in the nursery. Sergiy and his team were able to come earlier than planned to finish this project for us as he knew we were trying to prepare the room before the baby's arrival. The baby's closet looks fantastic. They worked effectively and completed the jobs quicker than we expected. Our deck ended up needing more work than we discussed at the estimate, that is always a fear when you start a project, but Sergiy went above and beyond to make sure that the deck looked its best and did not charge us extra money for their time and efforts. We paid the estimated price plus the price of supplies. He did an extra layer of paint on the deck, replaced more planks than expected, and even created space between each plank by sawing a gap (he said there should be a space between planks to prevent the paint from peeling). Our deck looks great and we are impressed with the new gate that was made for it. My Town Remodeling really takes pride in doing their job well. We are pleased with the work that they have done for us, and would definitely use them again.

As any caring homeowner knows, it is challenging to find quality help when it comes to home repairs and improvements. In November 2015 I met a team of workers that not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I had originally called for some deck and fence work; some outside repairs, but after seeing the finished product I happily invited them back for more work in-home. Once electrical and plumbing issues were address and resolved I immediately booked them for painting my living room, complete with cathedral ceilings. With great respect to my furniture and treasured possessions, they diligently spent one entire week conscientiously working with attention to detail and improving upon my original suggestions. They were courteous and professional in every way. We will be working on future projects, making my dream home come true.

What a great experience. <br /> Messaged Serge with the app on a Sunday night expecting a response Monday am. He got right back to me that night and scheduled an appointment to take a look on Monday. <br /> Received a call saying he was running a little late - an actual call from someone letting me know of a delay. AWESOME. Turned out was only about 15 minutes - but nice communication! <br /> An upstairs bathroom had leaked downstairs and through the ceiling. He gave me an estimate for the job and was able to come back Christmas Eve to complete. Hard worker! <br /> He said he would arrive a 8am with another guy. Guess what - showed up at 8am on time! With two guys! They took off shoes, laid down blankets and taped up plastic to contain dust. So clean. <br /> They opened the ceiling and walls, found the leak and repaired it rather quickly. They spent 85% of their time doing a PERFECT job of repairing the wall and ceiling. They took their time - and you cannot even tell where the wall and ceiling was open. Like an artist! <br /> Entire experience was great. Would call them again for anything I needed done in the house. Really great guys. <br />

From the first phone call to the completion of the job everything went very smoothly. I felt the original price suggested was a little high because my house is small, and Sergiy and I came to an amicable agreement when he came to the house. He arrived promptly as scheduled. A partner came along, and both men were friendly and courteous. Throughout the time they were here they were careful of the property.  They worked very hard and completed everything we had agreed to. It was good work at a very fair price. I would certainly call Sergiy again and will recommend him to friends and neighbors. <br />

This was a great experience. Serge responded quickly, showed up to appointment on time and all thru the repairs he delivered exactly what he said he would when he said it would be done. He and his employees are clean, professional and very considerate of us and our property. We had a list of some large and some small projects, the first were new basement stairs replacing the 100+ year old, shaky, irregular ones. Because of their condition we rarely went in the basement in the 24 years we have lived here. The stairs that were built onsite are so stable and comfortable we are now using them often, allowing us so much more storage options.  <br /> We needed exterior stairs to a new out building. I imagined a simple step but what Serge gave us was a beautiful step and deck finished off more beautifully than some "finish" work we had done inside our house by a different contractor.  <br /> Also we had 2 areas of open ceilings that needed insulation for the spaces above them, one in our basement and one in our barn, neither space is used for anything other than storage and yet the work is clean and tidy with Serge going the extra mile of adding more supports when he thought that the insulation might sag over time. <br /> There were other minor repairs that were tended to with equal amount of detail and removal of all debris. Serge also offered to haul away anything else we had at no extra cost other than the per pound charge at the weigh station. <br /> Material purchases were a separate expense and Serge emailed all receipts for purchases and returns ensuring an accurate and efficient  accounting system. <br /> We already have a new "My Town" list started and are excited to finally have some issues around our 150 year old house attended to properly. We HIGHLY recommend their services. <br />
