Tad was very professional and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was quick to respond and available even after the install to answer another question that I had. I would highly recommend him and I will be going with him for all my future electrical needs.

I hired this person to install a new chargepoint charger in my home. He said all that was necessary was to change a fuse in the 240 volt box. He was not informed about new laws. Argued and insulted me for telling him it needed to be hardwired. A second fuse blew right after attempting to charge my Kia ev9. He did not listen. He charged and took $350.00 dollars. I had to contract a different electrian and spend $800 to have everything done up to current laws and codes. I m extremely dissatisfied and insulted by your suggested electrician Tad Townsend owner of Townsend Electrical Solutions.

Went very well. Professional showed on time and finished the job efficiently. Had a couple of screws leftover, but figured it out. Very satisfied!

We hired Tad to fix the light pull chains on two of our ceiling fans, after trying to fix them ourselves. He was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, and did a great job on our fans --- he got everything working correctly and quickly, and even managed to undo the damage we had done ourselves, along with fixing a few extra problems we didn't even know we'd have along the way. Definitely hanging onto some business cards for the next time we need something, highly recommend!

Tad and his assistant did a great job! They were recommended by a family member and I 100% plan on using them again next time I need services. Tad is a super friendly guy. I felt comfortable with him in my house, he seems honest, trustworthy, transparent, and professional. They went ahead for a small addition cost and fixed some wires and another outlet that had some issues. My husband was impressed with the quality of work. 10/10 recommend.
