Great job. Tom went above and beyond just job description. Helped and gave guidance on other projects or issues that old house of mine needs/needed without the business hungry approach. Genuinely wanted to help and was thorough, efficient, and professional. Fair honest and my kitchen is my favorite room in the house now 😊 will hire again for sure. Five stars to him and Gus.

Tom McGovern and his crew (Gus especially) were not only professional but proficient. Tom is not just a by the book contractor. He is the type of person that will drop what he’s doing in his own personal life to come make sure my electric was working properly on off hours. He is an above and beyond worker and human being and kept me informed every step of the way and offered his professional suggestions and opinions which guided me into ultimately having a beautiful remodeled kitchen. I would hire him and his staff hands down for any and all home repairs and remodels. The best!

Tom recently did a complete remodel of our bathroom with spectacular results. He and "tile man, Gus" are perfectionists whose aim is to ensure customer satisfaction. Consulting with us throughout the process, Tom provided knowledgeable input to guide us in selecting the materials and fixtures for the project. His work is flawless in all respects and we would hire him again.

Tom and his team were fantastic! They were on time and stuck to the budget and we love our bathroom! Demolition occurred while we were out of the country and communication was excellent including progress pictures. I highly recommend and would definitely hire him again.

Contractor is experienced and not stumped by surprise issues presented in my home which was built in 1950. He discovered the issue and created beautiful/attractive solutions. Very pleased with my kitchen which now has proper layout and maximum circulation. Helpers are also experienced and responsible workers.

Tom was great he listened to me and had designer Pete draft up a wonderful design with a couple of changes that made a big difference Tom addressed my concerns and made the process much easier and less stressful. The job was excellent.

Tom was hired to remodel two bathrooms after a pipe leaked in our 1850s era stone farmhouse. I appreciated Tom’s flexibility on how and when the work was completed and ultimately the quality of the plumbing and tiling was excellent. I was fairly opinionated as to the style and design, and Tom worked collaboratively with me on specific decisions and choices, realizing my vision while informing my ideas and choices with technical knowledge and experience.

Tom and his team are phenomenal. We have used his services ranging from simple flooring/painting jobs, to remodeling our kitchen, and restoring our finished basement following damage from a burst water heater. He’s also built custom doors for us in areas where a standard door would not fit in basement storage areas. Everyone that has seen our home has been so impressed by the quality of his work. He has great communication, is extremely knowledgeable and is very timely/efficient which made working with him a good experience all around. We found his pricing to be very fair and on par with (if not better than) other contractors. We will continue to use Tom & his team in the future for all of our contractor needs and would highly recommend!

My bathrooms are beautiful! They are both a work of art. I had my main bathroom completely renovated--down to the studs--walls were put up, tiled bathtub walls-all the way to the ceiling. It took some time, but not because of the contractor, but due to supply chain problems. The powder room was last to be completed and that allowed us to have a bathroom at all times. There were a few unexpected issues, but Tom made them right. I was happy with the outcome and have contracted him to do a few other jobs in the near future.
