Tracy and Kathy poured a massive driveway for our boat, camper, golf cart and two vehicles back in 2021. They did such a great job that we asked them to do another driveway/sidewalk at our new home. We've had two other family members use them, so a total of four jobs, all which have exceeded expectations. No cracks, no settling, no standing water, perfectly graded to direct water in the correct direction. They are a small hard working family run business that take great pride in their work. You don't have to worry about who's on your property. Good people with a wealth of experience in the business!

The new replacement driveway was completed on April 10,2026 and there are a number of issues that need to be addressed. The end of the driveway that marries up with and level with the street asphalt was left in an unsightly condition with chucks of unsmoothed concrete and other unsightly issues. Other issues include gobs of unsmoothed concrete as well a poor job of edging. There is also an area in the new pour that is a different color. The contractor also damaged my yard with his bobcat tractor during demolition phase. No offer was made by the contractor to repair the yard area. There was also some damage to our garage floor during demolition that was very poorly repaired and is an eye sore. The contractor also dug a hole in our landscaping area so that the concrete truck driver could rinse the residual concrete for his shoots into our landscape ground. Since that time, we have tried to get the contactor to come back and remedy these workmanship issues, but they do not answer

A family owned business that works hard to ensure the customer is satisfied. They were very competitive on their quote and provided good communication from the beginning. The final product met all expectations. We will be calling them again soon to schedule some more projects we have in mind.

Tracy Norman Concrete did an exceptional job tearing out my driveway and installing a new one. They were very thorough and quick to give me an estimate and began the job in a very timely manner. They hauled off many roots and cleaned the entire area when they were finished. They did a beautiful job and I can highly recommend them!

We were so pleased, great company to deal with! Matter of fact, we’re hiring them again within the next few months. We had an engineer out of Wilmington tell us it was some of the prettiest concrete he had ever seen if not the prettiest in his 40 yrs of work, he was even more impressed when he found out it was 2 yrs old when he was seeing it for the first time. Just loved dealing with the Norman family!!

The Normans were excellent contractors, unfazed by unexpected issues with wire in the old concrete and sudden rain deluges creating damage to the freshly poured concrete. Both issues were handled well, leaving us with a well done project. The contract price was reasonable, especially for the high quality of their work. In addition, they were a pleasure to know. We highly recommend this professional family business.

The Normans provided an excellent product (concrete driveway and French drain) at a reasonable price. Unexpected issues with wire in the old concrete and a sudden severe rainstorm on the freshly poured concrete were handled professionally and without complaint, leaving a well done project. The job was fully explained to me and I appreciated that. The crew arrive at the time we arranged. they were all ready to go. What a wonderful job they did on my driveway parking pad. The walkways were carefully measured and perfect. The workers were professional, and the finish work very well done. Upon completion all materials and forms were removed. I would highly recommend Tracy Norman. I was given an estimate the day they came to measure and there were no hidden fees.
