Dave and his team with Trademark Demolition did a phenomenal job. They showed up on time, and did everything they promised they would and more. No surprises. Clear communication. Fast and efficient work. I highly recommend this company.

They removed my in-ground pool and tons of brush, regraded and reseeded. They did everything that they said they would do and more (without raising the price). The grading was perfect. Dave, the owner, had good suggestions and did the work himself with his small crew.

They were awesome. Took down a 3 car garage in a day and a half. Finally finished the project with a fence we had installed this year, but that was not on them, but cash on hand. They delivered as promised. DEMOLISH, thanks guys!

We had a cinder block and wood constructed 2 story garage that needed to come down. Dave was immediately responsive to our request for a quote and we hired Trade Mark Demolition Services to complete the project. The team arrived on time with all necessary equipment and began the process. It was amazing to behold the careful, professional and attentive manner they brought to the job. Dust and debris were minimal and well managed. At the end of demo, the site was meticulously cleared and cleaned and the bare area was covered with 25 yards of new top soil which was then seeded with grass and covered with hay to heal the ground. We have nothing but high praise for Trade Mark Demolition!! Thank you for your dedication to providing superior customer service as well as the highest level of professionalism. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this contractor.

If you need demolition work this is the company you want to do it. Mine was a tough demo and Dave never stop smiling just kept on working and we actually had fun with the demo. When he was finished site looked beautiful.

Dave removed a barn before it fell down. He excavated the site and filled in a swimming pool that was not usable. The barn footprint became the site of my solar array in the spring. My backyard became a very comfortable space for my family and my dogs. Before the barn came down he moved the remaining hay to my animal pasture.

Dave navigated his equipment up a long narrow driveway and past an 1890's farm house with the precision of a surgeon. His demolition of a garage / apartment and cleanup was exceptional. Dave is the utmost demolition professional.

After struggling to find a contractor to meet my job requirements and going through multiple vendors trying to get them to respond, l finally went to Home Advisors and searched for contractors who could demolish my Inground pool. After reading several reviews from other people, I finally decided to call TradeMark Demolition. I sent a email and much to my surprise, David said he would be able to stop by that same evening and look at my project. True to his word, Dave stopped by to evaluate my needs. Dave is a true professional and after reviewing the pool, provided me an estimate right on the spot. Dave said he would send me a formal contract and if l decided to go forward just to sign the contract and return. This all took place via email and made the process fast and easy. After reviewing Dave's contract and after reading his glowing reviews on line and being able to see his work on the business website, I decided to hire Dave for the job. I emailed the contract back and Dave went to work at getting the building permit with the town. Upon receipt of the permit from the town, Dave said he would get the project on the schedule to get the work done. Dave is as I quickly discovered, a quality businessman with work ethics that are without reproach. He is a gentleman, true to his word and a great guy. Dave called to say that he would be able to get to my project the following Monday morning and again true to his word, he arrived to start the work this past Monday. Dave is a very hard worker who does the job himself, because he wants the work to be the way he wants it done. The job was done with care, quality and great customer satisfaction. I marveled at the transformation of my back yard, all while communicating each step of the project with Dave as he worked. He is certainly the real deal! Thank you Dave and Home Advisors for making my project turn out wonderful.

It was a pleasure doing business with Dave. He was extremely professional. His price to demo my late father's mobile home and all its contents was very reasonable and fair.
