We received several estimates on this roof replacement and while Trademark wasn't the absolute cheapest, they had the shingles type and the warranty we wanted so we went with them.  They completed the job exactly on schedule and we were very happy with their work.

Went extremely well.  The most professional, courteous yet efficient contractors I have ever dealt with from Angies list.,  Only had one complaint concerning their painting of a water leak on the ceiling.  They got some white paint spray on a piece of wood furniture but they came back later and corrected it with a special 'mix' of cleaners that removed it.  I trust these guys to accurately tell me what is wrong and what is NOT wrong with anything concerning my roof. <br />

The big deal for Trademark Roofing went very well. I will probably go back to them later. The big deal only covered half of the roof. My husband didn't know exactly how large the roof was. The next year we contacted them again and we had them do the 1 story space. We still need to get a little bit more done. Our porch has a lower span and it needs a different sort of roofing. We intend to go back to them for that too. There were additional charges but it was because we had to negotiate. One of the roof in the house is attached to the port roof. It was not shingled correctly by the people who lived here before. I had a wrong slope for it. We had to get that particular part because it was leaking replaced with a tuner paper type substance instead of roofing because it didn't have enough of a slope for shingles to actually work properly. At the time oil prices were so high that the tar paper roofing on that one roof cost almost as much as the rest. It was like 1000 or something. We ended up making that as part of the square footage for the rest. I think we paid them for the difference but I am not sure properly. I don't remember whether there was a large difference or not. We also had spring gutter covers attached. The mesh gutter covers. That was my idea too. There were extra charges but they would negotiate the charges. They just did good work. They came up and they came in and they got to work. They got it done in I think a day. They were very quick and very efficient. They replaced the bits of roof that had rotted. There had been 2 layers of shingles. There had been an extra layer of shingles that we didn't know about. I think that was a 300 dollar extra removal charge. One layer is fine, 2 layers no that was the extra work. I would grade them 'A' for everything. They did a good job. We didn't know exactly what we were looking for when my husband made the deal and that, plus on what was expected and what we received. They did a good job.

They were prompt. They did what they were supposed to do and charged what they said they would charge. I was happy with the quality of their work. I had additional work done so I had to pay more than the price of the deal but I believe it was a reasonable price.

My experience was fine. They showed up when they were supposed to. There were two people doing the work and they knew what they were doing.  I was happy with them and there were no more leaks.

I liked them.  They were responsive.    They have to come back because there was a leak that wasn't repaired when it was a new one...they fixed it and didn't charge me extra.  I was very happy.  I don't know if they are related with Trademark Interior but the roofing guys were great.  They were on time and guaranteed their work.  They come right back if you have any questions.

I was very disappointed. I specifically asked them if they were replacing the deck boards as they were. They were plywood. After they finished, I found out that the company had replaced them with pressed wood. I was very unhappy. I thought that I could trust them - I was out of town when they worked. Two weeks after they finished, we had a downpour. The company had replaced 3 skylights on the screened in porch. During the downpour, the skylights leaked and flooded the porch. When I looked at the job they'd done, it didn't look good. I tried calling them for a full week and just kept getting a full voicemail. Finally I scheduled another appointment with what apparantly was a subcontractor. The subcontractor wanted to put an unattractive flashing over the skylight, and I refused. They finally fixed it, but I feel like they lied to me and subcontracted the work out & did an unprofessional job.

Team was very professional and have followed through on any minor issues, such as vent caps blowing off in strong winds, and have resolved them quickly. <br />

The big deal price was great.  He came with all his equipment, shingles and workers |What I didn't like was he didn't come beforehand and give me an estimate of the job. |He then handed me a bill for much more than the "big deal"--With all his workers trucks and shingles in the yard it was hard to not give him the amount he wanted.

I was very, very pleased.  They are ultra-responsive, the price was fair, they sent me numerous photos of the issues (before and after) because this is a rental home and I was not present when the work was done.  Also, they guarantee their work for 2 years.  I will definitely use this company again. <br />

They came out within 6 weeks after I purchased the "Big Deal" and the service was kind of okay. The guy was here for about 15 minutes and walk around the roof. Hit some nail pops and said the roof looks pretty good except for two things then he offered to fix those two things for about $800 and then took off. We choose not to use his service.

They did a very good job. I had to pay a little extra for the repairs that they did which was really nice; they gave me pictures showing me everything. They boarded things up which doesn’t meant that the squirrels wouldn’t chew through it again. I did and still do have problems with squirrels; they like to come into my attic. They did not charge a lot. They were prompt when they would be and called me back immediately even though the big deal said I have to schedule with a certain amount of time. They called me and we arranged for a date and time. They came and took a look, came down and showed pictures; I could see one of the holes. The work that they did was great. I am hearing the squirrels go up in there now but they found another space to go up in there and have chewed a hole but the squirrels have not gone up in where they did the work. They took care of the problem that I had at the time. They were a couple of other things that needed to be done as well. They said the roof was in good condition for the age of the house. I am pretty well protected by the trees which is unfortunate because there was a really big hail storm so everyone in my neighborhood got free roofs by their insurance company and I didn’t.

They were the quickest company to respond to a request for an estimate, and scheduled an appointment for doing the repairs as soon as I got back with them. Showed up on time, did the work specified, and even make some other minor repairs while on the roof. <br /> Would gladly use them again! <br />

Communication overall could have been a little more prompt and clear, but it was acceptable. Since this was the first time I've dealt with getting a roof replaced and the transaction amount was much higher than I am used to I might have been a little more sensitive than normal. There was a few day delay in our new chimney cap, but they came out as soon as they had it ready and installed it, then called to let me know it was done. With the amount of rain we had this summer, there were absolutely no leaks. Overall, a great experience for an industry that can be sketchy at times.

At first we had some trouble getting in touch with each other. Once that was solved, we set a date and they arrived a little bit late from our scheduled time. But the reason for that was that they called to see if they could perform the job on an earlier date, as they were finishing another job nearby. <br /> They quoted me a price to repair a leak in the junction of the roof. The quote included labor as well as parts.  <br /> The worked performed was quite thorough, and they spent a few hours doing it, replacing parts and putting some new shingles. <br /> Upon finishing the job, since I had provided the shingles and they did not require to change all the parts they originally anticipated, they reimbursed me for the cost of that quite swiftly.  <br /> I liked the fact that they were flexible, and that they did not just charge me the original estimate, rather they adapted it based on the actual need, once they got up and began with the work. <br /> <br />

Trademark Roofing did a great job and I would use them again. <br />

It was easy. I bought the deal, they came to measure the roof, and a few days later the materials showed up in my driveway. They had a hard time scheduling me because of the rain, but got the job done in one day. I had been told to be careful to not let them put the dumpster on the driveway because it may damage the driveway: it never came off the truck, so no worries there. I am still finding nails occasionally, but overall, it was a good experience. The roof looks great and the ridge vent is important as i didn't have enough airflow in the attic. No hard sell, no bs, a great roof at a great price. <br />
