The rep explained exactly what was recommended, did not oversell - he offered options but focused on the ones that he said would make the most impact - and then the crew followed through exactly. They were clean, tidy and respectful and the work has made a huge difference to the warmth of our home, just as they said it would. It wasn't cheap, but definitely good value.

Initially was not done correctly. The crew was inexperienced with little supervision. Upon complaining to the company I found out there had been a death in the family. We sent them pictures of the job and agreed it was not done properly. They gave us their word it would be gone over to our complete satisfaction. Within one week they returned and did the job properly. We are completely satisfied with the end result.

Spencer and his crew totally transformed my stinky, wet, horrible crawlspace into a fully sealed, dry, clean area of my house. It was one place I absolutly hated to go in, and now it is a joy to be able to access it anytime I need to! Everyone, from initial analysis to job completion, was professional, courteous, and exceptionally friendly within the constraints of the COVID19 situation. They did our job the day before lockdown and provided masks for themselves and us, even though the masks were not a recommended precaution yet. They did not over-promise any dollar amount savings; they only guaranteed that we would feel more comfortable or they would come back until we did. And we do. All the other insulating and heating measures we've taken - including a gas fireplace, new windows, thermal curtains and lots of rugs - never gave us the level of comfort that we have now. There have been a couple of minor issues regarding tape that didn't stick, and John was immediately responsive; at first porch-delivering a new roll of tape for us to try ourselves. When that didn't work, he scheduled someone to come by the next day to work on it, but for our safety and theirs, we asked him to hold off until after the lockdown is lifted. We have NO DOUBTS that John will do what he said he would. If Global Dwelling provided another service that we needed, we would not hesitate to hire them again.

John from Global Dwelling did our initial assessment. I appreciated him taking time to explain all the work that needed to be done and why. His team came in a few weeks later and were really amazing. I think insulation work is super messy and will leave a ton of debris everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised to find a ton of cloth coverings coming in to cover everything and found no major dust/debris in the house when they were done. The guys were very nice and thoughtful while in the house. The work completed was completed on time and our house is definitely more comfortable. Our finished basement is no longer a freezer and the house doesn’t “sneeze” when there is a high wind. I have already recommended them to my neighbor for when he’s ready to insulate his attic!

The crew was very professional and quite speedy. They arrived with all their materials in a truck and got the job done in a day. Left the job site clean, It's not exactly 'finish' work but it made the basement look much bigger and brighter. Good job.
