Workmen and prompt and informed me of their work. The were efficient and completed the work in a timely manner and left no debris. They even painted an area that was marred on the wall from their tape application. I highly recommend their work!

Prior to the work we received Trades Unlimited did a roof inspection and described in full detail the work that needed to be done. The work proceeded on schedule and was delayed only by a day of rain. The supervisor on the job (Rick Riccardo) kept me up to date daily on the progress. We have a 3 car garage and only one side needed to be kept free for the work. They performed a cleanup of debris at the end of each day. After completion of the work, there was a final inspection which found no issues. The job was completed for the agreed upon cost, with no additional charges incurred.

It went great. The Trades Unlimited guys were fast and skilled. They knew exactly what they were doing. You can tell they are very experienced. It took three days to complete the project. They were prompt and very professional.

Warren came for our initial consult shared what was wrong and how they planned to fix it. Everyone was professional, did exactly what they said they would and I well priced. I’d recommend them to my mother, that’s how confident I am in their work.

They fixed a problem 2 other companies were unable to solve

Five roofers checked the roof and offered their fixes. Explanations differs as well as prices (from $1500 to $3700). Paul Huckins from Trades Unlimited sounded most convincing. He didn't come on the agreed day but the next one. His team finished work the same day. It looks fine. There were no rains, so. Also warranty is given for five years.

These guys were great. Came out and started the day they said they would, at the time they said they would. On time every day. Very professional and kept the place clean. Would use them again in a heart beat.

They are able to do all roofing repairs and applications and are very professional in all their dealings - competitive pricing, documentation, communication, punctuality, and clean up. They stand behind their work and will continue to trouble-shoot a problem until it is solved. I would use them in the future and would highly recommend them for roofing services.

Trades Unlimited is a wonderful company. They provided an inspection for my roof and let me know that I have about 8 to 12 years before it needs to be replaced. The inspector was a great guy and was very knowledgeable about his trade.
