The project went very well. Ken was responsive in his bid and provided the lowest of 2 bids. Throughout the project he stuck to his original bid, the only changes driven by our requests for additional work. The changes were priced competetively, and we felt we got very good value for the money. The project took longer than we expected, but much of this was due to our changes & the decision to use another contractor for the floors. The crew was professional, friendly and generally neat and prompt. There was some debris outside the house that was not cleaned up until the end, but this was not a major issue. The quality of the work performed was excellent, and we are extremely pleased with the end product. We have worked with other contractors in the past, and Ken's team compares very favorably. We would work with Ken again in the future.
