I am a contractor myself and I was repairing a sun room that had started to sag a little. The sagging caused openings where rain seeped in and ruined the hardwood floor in spots. The homeowner asked if I could evaluate the different flooring contractors that she was considering. I don’t work on hardwood flooring myself, but I know what an honest price range should be for a particular job. Ishmael and his team did an excellent job on a very difficult task to help prepare my condo for sale

Ismael was so communicative from the start and through the whole process. He would text pictures of progress, which was really nice as i was not physically present during the job. He and his sons were very professional and ready to go when we needed them. They also did a fantastic job on the flooring refinishing, our condo looks like a different place. I called Ismael for a quote. He came over when promised. He provided a reasonable quote in a very short time. We picked a day for the work to be done. He communicated really well during that time, including when he would be picking up my floors. On the day, he and his team showed up on time, told me what they would be doing, and did exactly that. The work was great, the communication was great, the team was great. Hire Ismael; you won’t be disappointed.

I’m prepping my condo to put on the market and my real estate agent referred Ismael to me, which was a huge win! The floors in my condo were very old and original since the building was converted into lofts. There was a lot of gapping between the planks and discoloration. He was extremely knowledge about what was needed and even assisted with which stain selection would work best given all the imperfections. Super personable and professional, and I can’t wait for our next adventure together. He’s amazing and does amazing work!

Ismael came and gave me a quote for my garden condo unit. We had a big plumbing issue and I was going to need new floors (which I was very much looking forward to getting since the ones in the unit were those ugly gray floors. He was very professional and gave me great advice about what would work with my special situation living in a basement unit. He helped me choose a really nice color and the best choice for the job. He explained how everything would be handled and I was looking forward to getting the work done. The plumbing issue was resolved without digging up my floors so I did not get my new floors. But Ismael was so wonderful in getting me my deposit back and his professionalism was unbeatable. Would recommend in a heartbeat! And, if I ever get the chance to replace the floors, I will be calling him first thing.

Ish and his boys were amazing. Ismael was very personable at the initial visit for the quote and throughout the process. I was very nervous as I was working on a big project alone and he kept me updated daily with pictures and videos. His team, which happen to be his sons as it's a family business, was very respectful and punctual! I was unable to get the work done all at once and they worked with me to get it done in 2 stages. My main concern was removing the squeaky noise from the old floors and they did a GREAT job in removing 99% of it ontop of giving me some BEAUTIFUL floors! There were a few issues with my HOA, but Ismael was GREAT with communicating with me making sure we resolved any issue. The only downside to working with Ismael is that he requires all the money upfront, however with the work they do and their professionalism, TOTALLY WORTH IT. Totally recommend!!

Ismael was prompt to give us a quote as we were ready for the project start for new hardwood installation on our top floor and basement stairs. He listened to our concerns and provided the best solution to match our needs - which included a noise dampening layer installed below the hardwood and moisture barrier and fixing an uneven spot in our sub-flloor. His team was punctual, friendly & respectful and cleaned up the work areas at the end of each day. Project was completed early with no added cost above quote. We are very much enjoying our new hardwood floor and stairs.
