Kyle from Tradition Services provided me reasonable price and replaced my 2 bathroom faucets very professionally. I like they communicate mainly by Email, not by phone call. (I don't like phone calls these days because there are some many spam calls). they are based in Tomball but they service the whole Houston area (I am inside 610).

Gary Cahoon with Tradition Services, went above and beyond the service call to fix my issues with my Generac Home generator. Previously, I had two other companies come out, to fix it but never could figure it out and just charged me a service fee. Gary immediately troubleshooting the problem. He was very knowledgeable and highly skilled at repairing the issues. Gary gave me a piece of mind knowing my home generator will work appropriately. I highly recommend Gary and Tradition Services!

Tradition Services is a company that stands behind their work. If it is not done correctly, they will take the necessary steps to fix the problem, regardless of the circumstances. Our installation at our home did not go according to plan, but the owner of the company came out and oversaw all the repairs to ensure my family was safe from gas in the house. So many companies nowadays will take your money and not deliver on their promise to do the job correctly, and I'm satisfied to say Tradition Services isn't that.

Josh was friendly, competent, and efficient. It was a quality job in my estimation. I had a quote over the phone of $175 for a seal plus $40 plus labor if a flange was required for a total of about $245. The job took 2 hours and my receipt was an email showing the total of $346.64. I requested a detail invoice but received none. I received no cost benefit at all from it being an Angie referral. While they were efficient in the technical use of emails, their policy of giving a 4 hour time block in which you receive a call makes it awkward to plan your day especially when the call comes in the last 1/2-3/4 of an hour. My error was choosing a plumber whose location was on the far north side of town while mine was on the far south.

This company has been out over four times over the past month and has still not been able to solve the same issue. I've had to take off work every time and almost lost my job just to get this repaired. Definitely would never recommend this company.

Josh was extremely professional and punctual. He had all the issues fixed in less than an hour and explained what was wrong and what he did to fix the issues. He also cleaned up any mess that was made during the repairs instead of leaving it for me to sweep and mop up.
