The team was great! Andy kept great communication which helped greatly since it needed to be done on short notice. I've had junk removal done a few times at work, but this experience was by far the most enjoyable.

They came within 2 hours of my call, made a reasonable proposal, and hauled everything away. They were courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

If I had the opportunity to give Andy an A+, I would have given him an A+!I had looked for someone to take some of the junk that I had collected over the years! I have hired several people from Angies List, but none were as Wonderful as Any's workmanship. Andy's business was offering a promotion and wanted to try it out. I paid for his service online, hoping to get the junk hauled away today. And to my surprise, there were no time available for today according to Angies list. So I called customer support of Angies list and they were not able to offer me with the same company. The other companies were charging me more than I wanted to. But with in half hour Andy called me and asked if I need some junk o be hauled away. I was surprised by his call and his professionalism! He said the schedule on Angie's list was not right and he could come today. I needed this junk removed today itself. So happy he called me! Professionalism: When I told Andy what I needed to haul away, he told me not to break my break and that he will go to my basement and get some of the heavy things removed--which not many companies do for me! Very polite and willing to help me!! Punctuality: Superb!! He told me he will come between 1 and 1:30 and came even before that. Final thought: He saved my Day of getting my junk out of the house as urgently as I needed it!! Review: Will I hire him again?? Yes, I will Pricing: Very reasonable. I called several other haul away companies, no other companies were as close to his pricing. For the amount of junk I had, I know I got a Great Deal !! Thank Andy for your help! Really appreciate your work and you left my chairs as I told you!!!

My experience with Trash It Junk Removal was fantastic! Lenny scheduled my appointment within a few days of my purchasing their special on Angie's list. He showed up exactly on time (even a few minutes early). Working with his partner Andy they got all of the funky stuff out of my basement and my garage. They took everything, even the items I was a tad embarrassed about (like moldy computer boxes from 2005). They lugged my circular saw up to the garage to cut 12-foot lengths of wood into shorter, truck-friendly sizes and they broke down all the boxes, cheerfully refusing my offers to help. At the last minute, they managed to fit a surprise "bonus" piece of bulky furniture into the trailer. And they were fast! The whole thing took under an hour. Better yet, the stuff they collect doesn't just hit a land-fill. It is taken to a facility where all of the pieces are sorted and recycled. I highly recommend Trash It Junk Removal. They're friendly, punctual and they are quick. Even without an Angie's list special, their regular rate is a bargain for getting that volume of junk out of the house. Call them - you won't regret it!

Three very nice gentleman showed up and first broke down the swing set.  They were so nice as to fix the mulch after they removed it.  Then they removed the remaining items and were very considerate of not tracking dirt through my house.   They were very punctual, very professional and extremely nice!

He was punctual and professional. He quoted me a price up front and as we completed an area he encouraged me to take away other items without increasing the cost. For the amount of work done I considered the price very reasonable. <br />

They came on time and were very professional and personable. They took away a monster TV armoire, a few pieces of furniture, and some outdoor tools and yard furniture. They were done in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend them! <br />

I have used them in the past, and was absolutely floored at how professional and personal Lenny and his crew were, so there was no need to look for anyone else. We had some trouble scheduling, mostly on my part having to reschedule when they would come out. <br /> <br /> My aunt was there, and was very impressed and had nothing bad to say, just went over and over about how great Lenny and his crew were. There was some hazardous materials which I hadn't found a collection for, that they did take, but had an added disposal fee to the final bill: I found the only hazmat collection in my area was 2x the added fee, so he saved me some money. They also saved me disposal fees by taking the old appliances I was not taking with me, plus some furniture that had no takers. <br /> <br /> Once the crew started, there was no stopping them. Very polite, very personal, and they cleaned up every last bit of dust that they generated. They communicated well with each other, having a plan of attack, and when they were unsure if something was staying or going, they stopped and found either my aunt or myself to double check. <br /> <br /> Excess "stuff", clearing a home, whatever the case may be, I will always call Trash It Junk Removal.

After purchasing the Deal, Lenny contacted me via Angie's List messages within 24hrs with proposed dates. <br /> I was not ready and said I'd get back in touch with him in a few months. <br /> When I was ready I messaged him and we also spoke over the phone and quickly found a day that worked for both of us. <br /> Lenny arrived on time, loaded up all the old reno material/waste we had next to our house and even offered to sweep up, but I said we'd do that part. <br /> He was quick to respond, easy to schedule a date, efficient to remove the waste and was very pleasant to talk to. <br /> I would recommend him for waste removal. <br />

Went great. Highly recommend them. Had some confusion on conformation of service date that was my fault and they made arrangements to come right out and remove items. Will use them again for additional work. Great all around services provided. <br />

After we decided on a date that worked for us, Lenny contacted me with the time they would be there. Lenny and Jay were punctual, very friendly, double checked with me on each section (it was spread all over) what was and what wasn't going. There was so much random stuff (wood, trash cans, old patio furniture, linoleum that should have stayed in the late 80's, etc)  they grabbed with no griping like other companies I have used before. I am so happy with their work, I wish I could give them a higher rating. They even cleaned up any small debris after the larger stuff was moved out. I cannot stress how AMAZING they are, and no matter how much junk I have, I will always call them, and I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs this service. <br /> <br />

I had a pile of junk that had accumulated in my garage that needed removal. I bought an AL 'big deal', and Lenny contacted me the same day, and the work was completed the following day.  I was not home at the time (this was the plan), but Lenny called a couple of times to make sure they were getting everything, and not taking anything they shouldn't. When finished, they swept the garage, which was a nice touch.    As a bonus they even grabbed a small pile of yard wasted that was sitting nearby, waiting to be hauled to the woods. <br /> Lenny was very pleasant to deal with and I will call again. <br /> <br /> <br />

Lenny was very responsive on the phone. He gave a same day estimate, and was 20% cheaper than all the other estimates we got for the same job. He called to schedule the work within 1 week of contact. He arrived at the agreed upon time and was done faster than anticipated. He cleaned up the area nicely and it is as if the deck never existed. We are very happy with his work. <br />

Lenny called and set up a schedule to come out and told me he would call with an update and more specific time on the day of pick up.  He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived early. They told me what would happen and total cost when we looked at the work. He went right to work, asked me to check the work and if I was satisfied. <br /> They were quick and professional and pleasant. <br /> I am very  happy with his work. <br />

Can't say enough good things about Lenny and his team.  Lenny responded to my request quickly with a precise and competitive estimate of the cost to remove our old furniture.   We set a date, and when he had an earlier opening, Lenny called me back to inquire if we would like him to come earlier.  The team was courteous, professional and extremely prompt.  I felt the price was a great deal for the services provided.  I would not hesitate to contact him again! <br />

The removal was quick and easy.  The crew was professional, worked hard and cleaned up the area that I was using for my debris collection in the basement.  I had redone a bathroom on the first floor of my house and collected all of the debris in the basement.  I also cleaned out and reorganized my basement and added that to the ungodly pile that I had created.  Lenny and his guys came out and removed all of it in short order.  10/10 will use them again when I create another huge mess in my house.
