Tree Amigos

First time I have used this team. Will not be my last. They are the best team I have ever hired here in Las Vegas/Henderson. Very professional, quick, safe. Cleaned up nicely. Price was reasonable.

I had an excellent experience. They are excellent. I thought they were very reasonable, clean and very professional. I have given my friends recommendations and several of my friends are using them as well. I would recommend them highly.

Awful.  Mark (the owner) first made an off the wall comment about my license plates which say "disabled female veteran".  He said, quite rudely, "you don't look disabled to me...you have two arms and two legs."  Quite inappropriate and not a good way to start off the job.  <br /> They were hours late. They were supposed to start at 6:30 am, and I was still trying to track him down about 2:00 pm.  He said he had gotten tied up on another job, but didn't bother to call and let me know..not very professional.  Because they were so late, they didn't finish and left the trees in pieces in the street overnight.  Were supposed to grind the stumps the next day, Thursday, but didn't get to it.  The owner, Mark, said he left the blower for the worker Tim to use behind the bushes and he would be over to finish up.  Oh, and could he get the check now.  Like an idiot, I paid him them.  Well, Tim didn't show up on Thursday or Friday and by then, I tried to cancel payment on the check, to no avail - it had been cashed, of course.  Tim finally showed up on Sunday and drilled the stump...of course I wasn't here so if he did as I asked, I have no idea. <br /> All in all, not a good experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. <br />

Mark gave me a quote over the phone and they showed up a couple of days latter and trimmed the tree. <br />

they did a great job.  Their price was fair, they were thorough and everything was clean up when they finished.  We will be calling them back to do more trees next fall.

I'm new in town, and didn't realize that you're supposed to trim your palm trees in mid summer (late June/July) because they bloom during that time, and make a huge mess. <br /> Tree Amigos was the second company I contacted and Mark Alberti came by and gave me a quote that was $10 less per tree than what I had been quoted. <br /> They scheduled me for two weeks in the future (as they are all busy during these months) and they showed up as promised, and set to work in an orderly fashion. They trimmed all my palm trees, then cleaned up the mess, even using a blower to clean out the areas. <br /> I was very please with how quick and clean they were. Mark is a real gem, and his workers are clean and hard-working. <br /> <br />

They removed a tree in my backyard. Great service.

Everyone was punctual and polite.  They did a great job, cleaned up and took all refuse with them. <br />

Calledd, set up a time for service. They arrived within the time frame and performed The service as negotiated. <br />

I called Tree Amigos and they were able to come out the very next day.  I appreciated their prompt service and the fact that they showed up as scheduled. Tree Amigos offered a very competitive price.  Overall I think they did a good job with the trees, especially since my main objective was to get rid of dead branches and trim the trees.  In the end I think they ended up trimming more than I wanted or expected.  Since I do not trim my trees very often this is probably ok.  Just a heads up depending on what your preference is. <br />

Everything worked out very well.  I would use them again in the future.

To start, I recently received a "Courtesy Notice" from my HOA. In it revealed my violation in Maintenance Lawns and Plantings, which is a dead ash tree, on the left side of my drive way. I was given only 10 days to comply with the notice (6 days left due to snail mail speed). Feeling the press of time running out and receiving a fine, I quickly jumped into action. After a few clicks, and several reviews I chose my company. I picked Tree Amigos first because they have a couple of good reviews on them and they are close in proximity to my neighborhood. I figured the closer they are the faster they can get here and the sooner my tree-problem is fixed. I dialed the number and was warmly greeted by Mark. I asked for a ballpark price for a tree removal, he gave me a rough estimate but insisted he stop by to see the actual tree. Mark came by the same day, said hello to me with a friendly face and a firm handshake. Moving on to business, he inspected the tree and gave me a price that's much lower than the estimate given earlier. He then scheduled me for the tree removal the next day for 9:30am which, by the way, he managed to arrive on time. (a rare trait for most companies) As soon as his crew arrived they immediately went on cruise control. Less than 40 minutes later my front yard is left clean and spotless, free from any remnants of the unsightly dead tree. During the job, Mark stuck around for a little chat and even trimmed one of my palms that was looking a little ragged for FREE. After paying for his services and a few kind words about my lawn, Mark and his crew packed up, bid me a good day. Overall, an excellent company! Great experience, punctual and works efficiently. Highly recommended.

Tree Amigos really did a nice job on our trees. They were looking quite bad when we bought our house two years ago. They trimmed each tree by climbing it with climbing equipment, trimming as they went. It was quite a thing to see and they obviously knew exactly what they were doing. I thought they were very nice to work with and they promised to come yearly to touch them up for me.

Tree Amigos provided excellent service to me and I can't say enough about them. My neighbors used another service and their trees look all chopped up compared to mine. I'm very happy with them and will use them again when the time comes.
