We paid a $1250 deposit for tree removal . After 12 days of repeatedly asking for a date we could not get a confirmed date. We had a tree that was dangerous and needed to come down so we had to go with someone else who got our tree down within 3 days. We have been asking for our money back after paying our deposit on November 6th. It is 12/29 and they will not respond or give us our money back. BAD BAD BAD
