I used Tree Masters to trim back and shape my maples and red cedars to get them off the roof line and raise the canopy. Robert came out and gave me a quote that we thought was reasonable and they were able to schedule the work less than a week later. They brought a crew of about 4-5 guys including Andy who was the climber/arborist. Tommy was the lead and he went over everything that we had wanted done on the quote again with us. Then about 30 mins before they finished they asked us to come out and point out anything they might have missed that we wanted done and then finished up including a great clean up. All of what I wanted done took only about 3 hours. I was super happy with the work and attention to detail. I’ve already recommended them to 3 of my neighbors.

Robert’s crew just finished “dead wood-ing” our trees today. They did a good job. Arrived on time, worked in the rain, cleaned up at the end. What more can one ask for! Certainly we will use Tree Masters again.

I have them cut 2 dried birch trees and 1 cherry tree, also I had them trimmed a cedar tree and a plum tree. Robert who came to take a look to give me an estimate was very friendly and he gave me really a good price. Arborist Tommy and 3 other guys did really good job cutting down tall birch trees in narrow ground, and a plum tree trimming was also nicely done! They cleaned up nicely after job was done. They made a minor damage to neighbor’s fence during the procedure, but after they cleaned up, they went to that house immediately to discuss about repairs, and I was really impressed. I do recommend Tree Masters service to anyone! They gave me the best estimate and the best service!! I will use the service again!!

Great experience all around! Tom & his crew are top notch...responsive, careful to avoid damaging fences, etc. & fair priced. Our tree is gone but if necessary in the future, Tree Masters will be back.

I had an overall great experience with Tree Masters from scheduling an estimate with the friendly staff, to the professional crew that came out to perform the work.

The crew arrived prepped and ready. They were fast and courteous and respectful of all the obstacles they had to work around. The tree was big and had a heavy lean towards our neighbor, and had a bad crack in a “Y” section that was only another ice storm from disaster. We were impressed with a decent Estimate for the work and the speediness of getting scheduled for the work too! The office manager was helpful and understood what I was asking about and the Arborist was very knowledgeable. The guy that climbed the tree, slung himself in safely and then cut everything was very careful to not cause damage to anything nearby! They also even swept-up the patio and pathway before leaving! Our neighbor was impressed enough that he hired them for some extensive work that he needed done in his yard! Very impressed and extremely thankful we hired them instead of trying to tackle the task on our own! A very tough job that was finished SAFELY in one day! Thankyou! ?

These guys really were tree *masters*! The Hawthorns had sprawled in every direction. Steve and Nick lifted and shaped their profiles, thinned them to give the canopy more air and light. It was a pleasure to watch their craftsmanship. They also advised me about getting the cable company to move a wire that had become wound in among the branches. Outstanding results. I don't usually bother with reviews because they're subjective but I have no doubt the professional manner he handled the job last year will be consistent today.

From start to finish Tree Masters provided fantastic service. Setting the appointments was quick and easy, the initial review of the trees was done within a day or two of calling, and Matt and his team came out just a few days later and did excellent work. There was great customer service every step of the way and the results were excellent. It was very budget friendly too. I appreciated the work but also the info and advice Matt shared about caring for the trees and his ideas on our options for other trees in our yard. I've already recommended Tree Masters to others.

Tom and his team were EXCELLENT. They came by for a quick bid while I wasn't home, emailed their quote within 24 hours and called to walk me through it. After getting another quote that was close to 10K and recommended to basically remove all the trees off our property, we were thrilled to see Tom's bid come in way lower and with no recommendation to remove all the beautiful trees on our property. When we scheduled and his team came out, they walked through everything with me again, made sure everything was trimmed safely away from our roof and even helped pull some extra branches from our side that were hanging into our neighbors. Their quote was fair for a TON of work removing deadwood and branches on at least 8 trees in our yard, and we will continue to use them for all of our future tree needs.

Very smoothly. Tom came out 10/28/19 evaluated and gave me a bid. We agreed that mid-Nov. to mid-Dec. would be the best time. He called the morning he decided to come. Then he came out and did the work, showed us what he was doing and why, completed the work, cleaned up and left

Excellent job by Tree Masters on my large American Elm street tree. It's a tree I love to hate...except on hot days in the summer when it keeps my house relatively cool. I think I get more leaves to clean up in the fall than anyone else in the neighborhood. The tree needed substantial trimming on overgrown and low-hanging branches over the house and drive way. I liked that no crane was needed. There was one climber and one man on the ground. The price was reasonable and the clean-up afterwards was good.

Tom Burke and his team were excellent. Not only did they trim the trees for the price quoted when the trees were bare in winter, but when a few dead limbs remained after the trees leafed out, they came back and took them out with no extra charge. I would always use Tree Masters for my tree trimming. They crew is knowledgable and hard working and they clean everything up to perfection.

The job was done when they said it would be done. All the debris was hauled away neatly.

My call for service was answered by a very friendly and responsive representative.  The next day, the owner, Thomas Burke, came to find out about my job.   I told him I was concerned about branches of two very tall trees falling in a wind storm.  One tree was between my house and the neighbors the other tree was down by the pubic sidewalk.  Mr. Burke assessed the situation and said the trees were healthy, but pointed out some large branches that he recommended removing.  (4 limbs on one tree and a large section at the fork of the other tree). <br /> Mr. Burke was very friendly as well and took time to answer all my questions.  He made me feel that my job was important.  He gave me a bid at that time and told me I can have the Angie's list 5% discount off of the quote.  We scheduled the date.   Promptly in the morning Mr. Burke and his crew arrived.  One man climbed each tree.  There were also men on the ground who helped.  They worked efficiently and very carefully.  This was very important as there were electric wires, parked cars and our homes to watch out for. <br /> When the men were finished (took only a couple of hours), they removed the branches and cleaned up very nicely. <br /> <br /> <br />
