"You cancelled the contract. I was ready and willing to finish and you didn’t allow me to even though I was a day from closing. You kept adding projects which prolonged services. You offered to pay the balance and I told you not to worry about it, that I didn’t want your money. As far as the garbage I still offered to take it out but due to your driveway and the weather it was put off since they couldn’t get up your driveway each time they came- you also told me to cancel the services for the garbage twice. At the end of the day I wasn’t fully paid for my services and the contract was canceled, by you. I was ready and willing to finish but you kept refusing to allow me to finish. Which made no sense to me since it would prolong the project even further by hiring others. I didn’t charge extra for all the last minute added projects either. I still left extra materials that weren’t paid for there for you to finish. This is not my fault and completely false information"
"I had been in communication with the customer the entire process. He has met with my subcontractors, I have my license and provided references. I have given no indication that I do not plan on doing the work. The client has put it off for many reasons and right before receiving a call stating that he did not want me to work any longer because he believes I am not a real company- I had already prepped my team for work. Materials were already purchased and some of the items were special ordered so I can’t return them at this point since it’s been so long. I’m not sure where I went wrong In this predicament or why he would try to intimidate me by stating he will call a lawyer. I never received a call from a lawyer and had stayed in communication with the client the entire process. They went on vacation and came back, had their driveway paved.. I was ready to do the work and had even prepped my team to get started there the following week. I receive a call that they don’t want me to work because they think I’m faulty. Not sure how I am when my information is public- my business and my license. But I have no problem returning the money and I made that very clear- I even offered to come by with cash. Again, I was in communication with the client the entire time. I will return the money, that’s not a problem. I’m just not happy that I was treated in this manner and given the circumstances I don’t believe what the client is doing or how he is having me perceived is fair. I worked very ho*** ** this project spent a lot of time and effort on this project so far and gave him a bargain. I even bought a sauna for the client as a gift, which is also not refundable. But that’s fine. I’ll take my losses. I wish them the best of luck."
"Hey [Member Name Removed], Thanks for the review! It was such a pleasure being of service to you. I’m happy I was able to knock a few birds out with one stone. I hope you enjoy the fresh set up.. God bless you!"
