Richard and crew did an absolutely fantastic job! The job in question required extensive knowledge and experience. Anyone familiar with Sugar House/Liberty Wells understands how close the property lines are. They were professional, prompt and extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend! Great group of professionals that showed up to take down a tree and top another. My trees were huge. They performed the job with great professionalism, they were nice and made sure we were getting exactly what wanted. Richard (the owner) had a smile on his face the whole time. The best word to express the job they did for us is FANTASTIC! Obstacles they overcame: 1. A 60 ft tree grew at an angle 2. Electrical wires were running through the branches 3. A home-made gazebo was right next to the tree. The cleanup was completed, the debris was cleared, and they treated us with respect. They worked quickly, but safely as a team. They controlled all the limbs and cut trunk pieces as they were lowered, so there was no chance of damage to other parts of our yard. They did everything they had agreed to do. They had to remove a section of our fence to get their machine into our yard…It was replaced perfectly. We had bids from other companies for much less, but we could not be happier that we chose Ott Tree Services and Landscaping, and the results are worth every penny! We will use them again, if the need arises.

Hardest working tree service around. From start to finish it was very well done. He listened, he was ready to get a good job done His colleague was a literal Energizer Bunny. Would highly recommend Richard and his helper to take care of your tree cutting needs.We have a large tree that that was going into our neighbors yard and also growing over our wall and hanging over the sidewalk a busy 1300 E. As you can see by the pictures they cut down those branches and manually used a knife to clean of the smaller twigs. Richard went over and above and cleaned up extra other growth that was hanging over 1300 E. As you can see by the pictures he left our yard in better condition than what it was when he started the job.Thank you Richard for an outstanding job

Owner, Richard Ott was prompt to consult and give us an estimate for removal of a large tree and trimming/pruning several overgrown trees. He and his employees were polite, efficient. They trimmed and perfectly shaped all the trees. Everything was promptly cleaned up-no sign that there had been debris and limbs everywhere. They were extremely reasonable and knowledgeable. They did everything as we asked, and more! We are pleased with how much better the yard looks. We will recommend them and continue to hire them in the future.

I submitted online a consultation, he came out for free and estimated the trimming needed. I had a neighbors tree coming over the fence so far it was touching my house and the bees were insane last summer. We scheduled a couple days later for a week out and they came and got it down within 20 minutes, had amazing customer service, took the tree parts and debris with them and it looks great! Thank you so much for making time for us and it looks so much better. Thank you!

Very reasonably priced landscapers! They beautifully shaped all of my front yard shrubs! I have had Ott back twice now and am extremely happy with all aspects of their shrub and tree care. One thing that I like about them is that they are very diligent workers who leave the site very clean after performing their work. You would do well to consider Richard Ott and his crew to conduct themselves in a very professional manner as they skillfully meet all of your landscaping needs!
