Trees Plus

I left message with Trees Plus that night. Juan returned our call the next morning at 7:30am. He arrived at 10:00am to assess the damage and give us a very reasonable bid. A fully-equipped and fully-staffed crew arrived 12:00noon and finished by 2:30pm, including trimming deadwood and thinning out the pecan tree, trimming other trees away from the power lines and leaving our yard spotless. We could not be more pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and quality of Juan and his entire team.

Once again Tree's Plus exceeds expectations. They do a fantastic job and leave my yard cleaner than they found it. Reasonable priced, courteous, and prompt. If you don't use these guys for any tree work that you need, you aren't getting the best.

Have been using Trees Plus for a number of years now and still am blown away every time they do work for me. They communicate well, the do a fantastic job, they always leave my yard cleaner than it was when they started. This time they trimmed my live oaks and did a fantastic job. My landscaping under the trees is quite intricate and they didn't damage a single thing.

Crew was only three men and they did all of this in one day. They were three of the hardest and most efficient workers I have ever seen. This is a great company. This is the second time I've used them and they are going to be my go to company for all of my future tree maintenance needs.

Absolutely wonderful! Estimate same day I called, they finished another job and were able to come next day; what a relief since storm on the way. Were able to work around mowing service. Professional, courteous, kept me informed of work.

As always, they were amazing. I have used these guys for over 5 years now and they never cease to amaze me. They do a great job and my yard is always cleaner than when they started. The freeze back in January did a lot of damage to my Queen and Fan palms, Trees Plus cleaned them up and gave them a fighting chance to survive.

It went well.  I give them the highest rating.  They are on time and if you call and get answering machine they call right back

They were great. Pricing was good, it was the best part. They did so much more work because I had called another tree service before them, a month or two before them because a big limb has fallen in the driveway on the car. The people I called charged just as much just to clear that big limb off of the car. I thought they did really great with their pricing. I sure will use them again in the future.

This company gave one of the lower bids I received, but their work was great. Juan was here to discuss the work with me before the crew began. They did a nice job of shaping up several trees and left the area very clean afterwards.

Everything went perfectly.  Used these folks a few years ago and they did an excellent job then and again today.  Juan came out for the estimate on time the day after we talked over the phone.  He arrived with his crew about 15 minutes before the estimated arrival time on the day of the job.  The crew trimmed, cleaned, thinned and shaped two 35 foot plus oak trees.  They also raised the overall canapés as well as removed 4 significant limbs in the 8 - 10 inch range.  Clean up and haul away was excellent.  As I mentioned, I have used these folks before and will definitely use them again when needed. 

<p>Their price was half of what most providers were offering (some groups really tried to upcharge us...). This price was the second lowest I'd found. However, they had a call answering service and they always responded to my calls, unlike the lowest price competitor, who I could not get in touch with for the life of me.</p> <p>So I ended up using Trees Plus. They did a good job of cutting down the tree and grinding the stump. My only complaints are that they slightly tore up the yard. This happened in 2 ways:</p> <p>1) They let the huge chunks of tree trunk just fall. This left a big divot next to the tree. Would have been nice if they somehow filled it before leaving.</p> <p>2) The stump grinder... It's a tracked vehicle. They plowed it right through the yard, and left tracks that took about 6 months to go away. It would have been nice if they could lay plywood in front of it and let it crawl along that, to keep from damaging the yard.</p> <p>Overall, a good experience. Recommended them to my neighbor when his MASSIVE oak almost fell on his house. They took care of it for $1,500 less than the guy they called =].</p>

<p>The was some confusion over the time set for the estimate.  Juan showed up a few hours early, but that wasn't a problem as we were home.  On the day of service, the crew arrived a bit less than an hour after the expected arrival time.  Otherwise, the men got right  down to work.  Several took the large  tree in the front yard while  two others worked on trees in the backyard.   Once they finished, there wasn't a stray leaf or branch to be found anywhere.  The price was as little as 25% of the other quotes I'd received for this service.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Trees Plus again and I've already recommended them to my neighbors.  </p>

Did a good job. Cut down trees, ground stumps and cleaned up yard. Yard was left neat and tidy. Price was very competitive. Will recommend and use again.

This crew did a great job. I came home to a tidy yard where the tree used to be. <br /> I couldn't help myself, I had to watch on a surveillance camera I have how they did it. It was pretty amazing. They had it down in 2 hours, the stump ground in another 30 minutes, and they were gone in 3 hours. <br /> I could see them take care of my lawn and property by cushioning all the falling pieces under a bed of limbs, and I think they even cleaned off my roof afterwards. <br /> I was very happy with them, and I think you will be too. <br /> The owner is also very flexible and responsive to phone calls. Something I was not finding with other companies in the area. <br />
