The first time that I used this service about a year earlier, the guy that came out went above and beyond and did a great job. Exceeded expectations. This time was not as good. He got most of the house, but missed spots here and there. Especially if they were high on the house. I am mixed about wether of not I will use them again. <br />

Pressure washed with water only.  Had plenty of extensions to reach high places like second story windows and gutters.  Did a pretty good job of removing surface dirt, grime, etc., that would come off with pressurized water only.  However, tore through two screens by spraying too close.  Also could not get some areas clean and blamed the paint.  Don't know if that's true but will seek a company that uses a chemical cleaning solution in the future. <br />

I have a brand new car that just had a normal amount dirt that accumulated since it was purchased 3 months ago, and I was hoping to get it back to perfect looking. <br /> This provider was very responsive, and best of all, they came out the next business day.  They informed me that it was a problem because the car was left outside that morning and heated from the sun before services.  I had no idea I was to shelter the car beforehand, nothing was mentioned to me before the appointment, and due to this they couldn't wax the car.  The car was perfect on the inside, but there were still bug guts on the windshield, a little dirt on the wheels, and rolling soap marks on the sides after the job was done.  I thought the price was excellent for detailing, but this seemed like more of just a cleaning when it was done.  I plan to continue my search for a good detailing service. <br />

The service was okay, nothing spectacular. They came out probably within a week after I purchased the Big Deal. There were no other charges to the $149.99 Big Deal. I had my house pressure washed before and they did the sidewalk in front of the house, the driveway, and my car port. They did not seem to do that. They just washed the house. So hence, they were just okay. I do not know why they did not do the sidewalks leading up to the house or the driveway. All of the services I purchased before did that, but they did not do that. That is why I never called them again. The wash that they did on the house was fine. It was a Big Deal so the pricing was good.

The service was wonderful and their prices are competitive. <br />

He was really, really good.  He came out quickly and did a great job.  He was a very nice gentleman who I would use again as well as recommend to others.

The price was fair and they did what they said they were going to do. The worker was a nice guy.

It was okay.  The problem was they had to finish the job and it rained quite a bit that day.  They're persistent.  They did a 100 per cent job because it was actually raining. 

The service was mediocre. They did the deal stated. The technicians were polite. They did a spotty and incomplete job, however.

Not sure that they had the proper equipment to clean our 2 story home. The higher parts of our home were not cleaned as well as the lower parts.

He didnt finish or didnt notice that he didnt competely clean the sidewalk. We had to take our pressure washer out and finish it. I should have called him to let him know but he already had a rough morning with his truck tire blowing out. <br />

They were friendly, and as I said above, resilient to ensure to get the job done and get it done right.  No complaints and I recommend them highly.  I will use them again. <br />

Very friendly on the phone and over email. After some scheduling issues I was pretty happy with the work, though there were some spots on our enclosure that were missed. If I'd done it myself, I would have had to do it in three rounds because I probably would have missed some spots too, and I'm sure I would have looked hilarious to the neighbors as I tried to clean my pool enclosure with an electric pressure washer nozzle tied to the pole for 15 hours...  <br />

Terrible experience! My appointment was at 3pm. I left work in order to be at my home by approximately 2:50pm. I was getting everything ready for the work to be done and nobody arrived. After about 20 minutes my neighbor told me there was some guy walking around my property earlier and he chased him off. I called the office of Tree Tops Detailing and initially got voicemail. I left a message and someone called me back quickly. She said she would check to find out what was going on and get back with me. When she called back she said the guy was having car trouble and would be delayed. It was only supposed to be a short delay. After an hour I called again and she said he was on his way and was right down the street (which he was not). Finally about 5pm he arrived (keep in mind my appointment was at 3pm). <br /> There was no way to identify him as an employee or contractor for Tree Tops Detailing. He had an old beat up car with no signage, he was in jeans and a t-shirt with no company name or uniform of any type, and was not very professional looking at all. He had a friend with him that waited in the car. I can understand why my neighbor (a county sheriff) chased him off when he was walking around my property without me being home. <br /> By this time he was running late for other appointments so he did a very fast job (about 30 minutes). While it was wet, it was hard to tell just how good or bad of a job he had done. After it dried it was very hit-or-miss. There were still many dirty spots. The impression I got while talking to him is that he got to my house early. Since my neighbor chased him off he decided to go to some other appointments instead of staying nearby and coming back a few minutes later as scheduled at 3pm. Those appointments were in another part of town. By the time he got to those other appointments and made it back to my part of town it was 5pm. <br /> Not a very well run operation. Not professional by any standards and the quality of work was lacking. I did not pursue it any more because I had already been given excuses by the owner multiple times for the whereabouts of her employee. I will cut my losses and do it myself or find another company.  <br />

very good service.  cleaned up before they left.  Would defintely use and recommend in the future. <br />
