The crew that executed their design was equally impressive with excellent workmanship, responsive to questions and respectful of our home. Following our initial contact and conversations, Deniz shared a 3-D design that allowed us to visually see what our finished project would look like. The design reflected their care in incorporating the features we had asked for. Deniz was very communicative during the selection of materials and ordering process. Ali was equally communicative during the build process and very committed to our satisfaction with the outcome. There is nothing about the project process we would change. Ali, Deniz and crew did a magnificent job on my total en suite bathroom renovation. From the first step (sharing my goals for the bathroom) to the last (a walk through to verify my satisfaction), the entire Trends team was professional, creative, encouraging, communicative and efficient. Deniz and Ali at Trends were great to work with on our primary bathroom job which was a complete demolition and remodel. It was quite a large-scale project. They were very professional and delivered as promised. Their initial design was flexible to incorporate changes we wanted to make after our first review. The craftsman working on the project were great to work with too. The Trends team delivered on the timeline and cost even while accommodating a few hiccups on our part. All in all, a great experience!

Recently, we hired Deniz Senveli, Co-Owner | Managing Director of Trends Design Group, LLC for a complex construction project in our home. Such a task is seldom summed up as a wonderful experience, but this was just that. From the onset his estimate for the project was cost effective and fair. All personnel introduced were responsible and caring of the work at hand. Mr. Ali, the project manager, was on top of the project from the beginning, seeking to make sure it moved along in a timely manner, on budget, and that we were happy with the process. Their workers Carlos and Wilson proved to be Masters of their trade. Efficient and caring of details, they were the best. Trends did an excellent job remodeling our hall bathroom. They did the Master Bath at the same time (see separate review). The work for the hall bath was great, and we love the look. Working with Denez and Ali was great from initial discussion through design and completed construction. Great attention to detail. They answered immediately whenever we called or texted - great customer service and their price point was an excellent value for what we wanted done. The work was so well done, we asked them to do the shower in our basement bath once they finished the MB and HB. We will DEFINATELY use them again if we need any more work done. Deniz and Ali were great, personable and very easy to work. The design met what we wanted for our master bathroom and we love the look! Their construction crew, led by Erick and Louis did a great job remodeling the bathroom. The precision tile work on the floors and in particular the new shower looks amazing. The project finished ahead of schedule, and the work was fantastic. Their price for the remodel was reasonable and a great value with the final result exceeding our expectations. The crew took pride in their workmanship, and it shows in the final product. One great aspect of working with Deniz and Ali is their responsiveness. They answered whenever I called with a question and oversaw the complete project. Deniz and Ali were very professional and helpful in determining the design and materials for our basement remodel. The work entailed removing old wood paneling and an outdated drop ceiling and installing new dry wall all around, creating a closet, installing new doors, lighting, and laying new flooring for most of the basement. Deniz and Ali gave a good estimate and informed us of all expenses needed and adapted well to a couple of additions to the work. Wilson and Carlos were very industrious and showed up on time daily to get the work done. From removal of the old paneling and the ceiling, to the installation of the dry wall, sanding and painting, installing the lighting and building the closet, and the final installation of the flooring, we couldn’t be happier with the results. We would highly recommend this team for any type of remodeling for their qualifications for plumbing and electrical work beyond the standard skills for creating a beautiful room.

We hired Trends to do a much needed bathroom remodel. The workmanship was topnotch. I've worked in the trades and I don't impress easily, but I was impressed by the level of detail of the work. Any questions we had were answered promptly and the work was completed on time.

These guys are good. Their quote was fair, and their work renovating our master bathroom was fantastic. Even better, they were very honest throughout the entire process. True professionals.
