Mark Jubrey came and took the renovation job of our house, he an estimate and we agreed on the price, he started doing the on October 2019. The job was supposed to be completed on December 1st, and its already March and the job has not been finished yet. In December, we started having problems, with work and jobs not being done, we kept calling him to ask what was going on, and he meet with us in January 2020, and he said that he could go on or continue unless we gave him some more money. From then on, we haven't seen any work done anymore, and we have given him more than 75 percent of the total agreed amount, but he has not completed, not even 50 percent of the whole project. We were willing to meet with him in months, but he keeps on avoiding to meet with us to discuss about the project, and we were able to talk to his partner, and we were informed by Walt the partner, that the money that we given to Mark was not forwarded to the company and Walt even said that he didn't see a penny of the additional payment that we gave to Mark. We wish to know where the money is and wish to get our money back to get the project finished and finally be completed.

He never showed up. He said he’d send pictures of the work he never did. He literally took the money and ran. I have pages of texts where he admits he didn’t do any work, then says he started work. He never even went back into the apartment after I paid him. Today he was supposed to be in small claims court but didn’t show because of a “medical” issue. Another gentleman was there who said Mark owes him a ton of money as well and that he owes a lot of people money. If he comes on here and calls me a liar I’ll be happy to provide proof of the texts.

Absolutely the worst experience. Please buyer be ware. The re-glazing job was too thin -- I could see all the underlying chips and discoloration. Overall workmanship is absolutely unsatisfactory. The contractor scraped off all old calk and grout, and created multiple holes. But, he never showed up again to re-caulk and grout. Now, the contractor is a complete no show, no response.

"this is the first time in 20 years I have a customer that was unsatisfied I offered her her money back she was way over dramatic I tried to explain to her there were two prices and explain to her what she was getting for the one price I finished the tubs which came out nice and she had to take off for 2 weeks and them two weeks I still how to take off work when she came back I was a week out and she wasn't happy that is the truth of the story I offered her money back and she never answered me again"
