Truly an A+ experience from beginning to end. It was clear from the first phone call that Kim and Gary know their stuff and are fair and honest people. Matthew was nothing short of a Godsend; he made a difficult situation tolerable by politely and professionally taking the situation in hand. His explanations were clear, his documentation was thorough and accurate, and he did not stop until he was certain he had found the true source of the water intrusion. Matthew answered the phone every single time I called! His knowledge and demeanor are very reassuring. I am very thankful that I found and chose Tri-County - they made a very difficult situation much easier to manage.

Called Gary at Tri county we suspected that there were mold behind my cabinets due to a report we received . Gary came in and got to work immediately and put tested where he could put this meter in and the meter showed that there were high amounts of mold. I was very upset and Gary calmed me down and took over my job that went as smooth as could possibly be. We discovered a mold issue in a closet and hired a mold inspector. The inspection also revealed a mold issue in a garage wall. Gary Ackel with Tri-County All Restorations met with us and provided a quote for the restoration work. During remediation, it was discovered that we had a problem with our A/C system causing condensation issues that resulted in the mold in the closet We paused remediation and Gary's wife, Kim, recommended contacting Vito at Ductz (who we ended up hiring after interviewing several other companies and were very satisfied with their services). Gary, Kim and the entire crew were all professional, courteous and hard working. They arrived on time as scheduled and cleaned up thoroughly during and after the remediation. Gary was personally involved in overseeing the project and verifying the results. After the remediation we were reinspected and are now mold free! We would definitely recommend Gary and his team based on our experience.

Gary and his guys did a great job! Charles Galvagni mold detector gave it an excellent review on his second inspection. I highly recommend them and would most definitely use them again. Note: you need to be aware that they will not take responsibility for the damaged area caused by the tape removal of the sealed area. Small complaint but worth knowing.
