Called Mike Vakos about a Home Inspection on a home I was making purchase on. He was very prompt and professional about the whole thing. He was very thorough and didn't skimp on making sure everything was inspected and tested. I really appreciate his patience to make sure all my question were answered and I was happy about the whole thing. Also, He provided me a list of everything I needed to do to address any problems. and offer suggestions. Great job and would recommend to anyone.

Mike and Tri-County did a great and thorough inspection for a home I was buying and a little worried about as it had a few years on it. Mike was great. He helped me with issues I should be worried about and ones that were really just cosmetic. He helped me through the remediation process as well, giving me a few options and what each decision would mean. He even let me know what to look for when things were done. Mike is a great guy and treated me like he was inspecting a family members house. I hope he travels to my next home purchase.
