They work hard! Get everything done in a timely manner. Explain what is fixed and how to operate or monitor it. Came by to make an adjustment on the new equipment for the well on the backflush timing. It was all wonderful! They are great around pets!

We used the services of  TRI-COUNTY PLUMBING & HEATING and they are very good. I used their services towards the end of 2013. We had a rental house and they came to fix a leak which was very tricky to work on. They completed the task well. They are very good and they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

We had Tri County install a new 15 Seer Trane A/C Heat pump and they provided the best price around and excellent service. They are a great company and I would absolutely recommend them.  They also provide free estimates and Lee who came out to do the estimate was extremely knowledgeable about what was needed and electrical issues. <br />

Made appointment. They showed up when they were suppose to. Cleaned up any mess and took away box it came it. <br /> They had previously installed a tall toilet for me but I don't remember the date or how much I paid. <br /> Again, made appointment. Showed up on time and told me no matter how much toilet paper I put in it, it would flush and not clog up and I found that to absolutely true. They took away the boxes that it came in and cleaned up any mess. <br />

We had a particularly difficult problem with a crumbling chimney on a rental property that kept shutting down the furnace last December. Gene came out quickly and got everything running again, and then recommended a chimney sweep to line the chimney. <br />

This company is awesome!  I decided to give them a shot when my water heater started leaking. When I called, I spoke to Delia which come to find out runs the company with her husband Gene. Gene was also the technician that came to my house. I have nothing but praise for this company for everything from my intial call thru the actual installation. Their service was quick, professional and very reasonably priced. You can really tell that they take a lot of pride in what they do. <br /> I just read the previous review and saw that they had a water heater replaced as well by this company. The total they listed for the work completed must have been for more then just a heater because the price they charge is actually a lot less than most other companies in the area.

I definitely plan to use them again.

If they say they are going to be there they will be there. He is very honest about scheduling. Their pricing has been reasonable. It's a small shop. They have never missed an appointment with me.

THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY REPLACE, AND REMOVED MY OLD WATER HEATER. HAD A REALLY BIG LEAK IN THE WATER HEATER, AND WAS THERE WITH IN AN HOUR WITH A NEW ONE.

THEY ARE VERY PROMPT WITH THEIR SERVICE, ESPECIALLY IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AS WELL. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE WITH THE PRICE TOO!
