The crew was amazing! Professional, very neat, friendly and very knowledgeable. They arrived on time, they are serious about there work. They stacked and cut the wood nicely and did a few other things that I requested in my yard. I am so happy I chose this company they are awesome! You will not be disappointed. A1 satisfaction!!

Everything was excellent. The trees I needed cut were cut fast, area was cleaned up like no one was ever there and they even stacked the wood for our use.

Wonderfully. Mr. Harmon's estimate was lower than any others, including one offered by a neighbor whose friend had a cherry picker truck and from whom we have been buying firewood for decades! The Tri State crew made us a priority and came within days of the initial estimate. (Only storms and rain kept them from doing it immediately.) The crew was thorough, quick, and not only cut branches up into sizes for burning, but stacked them in our wood pile! They had top notch equipment, were extremely courteous, efficient, and impeccable with their clean up. Once the tree was down, we realized that the hornet's damage had eaten away more than half of the tree's diameter at its base! We were truly in danger with this damaged tree. It was within 8 feet of our house and the branches extended over half of our roof, right over our bedroom! We live on a wooded lot and from now on, Tri State Tree Service will be our only go to for trimmed branches and tree removal. I cannot recommend them any more highly. Thank you, Mr. Harmon. Your kindness, expert advice and quick action probably saved our lives.

Excellent service from responding for an estimate to job completion. Mr. Harmon and his crew removed nine (9) trees in a townhouse community. The trees were in various stages of falling with huge branches over the community parking areas, light posts and sidewalks. They came on time, cleaned up each area as they completed the work, and checked with me to see if there were any concerns during the process. The estimate was very good and it was what the final job cost. Everyone was professional and courteous, and I highly recommend!

I left a message for Tri-State Tree Service inquiring about a free estimate. Kerwin answered my message and gave me a day/time without me having to be there. I received it 2 days earlier than expected, in writing and with no pressure tactics. Not only was their estimate the best (I had 3 other estimates), but Kerwin's updates and communication with me was top notch. They arrived on time to do the job, and more importantly, the price quoted was what I paid. All too often contractors will add or amend the price as they begin work. Not in this case. Even working around power lines the work was extremely professional and left my lawn and home undamaged with hardly a trace of activity. I'll definitely use them again, and especially with Kerwin who was was their to supervise and make sure the job was done right !!! His professionalism, courtesy and personable nature exemplifies what a true business should strive for, a valued asset to Tri-State Tree Service and exemplifies a model for 5 Star customer service!!!

The service that Tri-State Tree Service performed was outstanding. Tri-State was responsive in visiting my property and providing a cost estimate. Mr. Harmon of Tri-State listened to and understood the work I wanted performed and made suggestions to ensure the work would not harm the trees. I feel his price was very fair. Tri-State performed the work professionally. They were attentive in performing the work to my satisfaction. In completing the work they removed branches and cutting to ensure they left my property clean. I would hire Tri-State Tree Service again and I would recommend them to others who need tree service.

Got free estimate, and lucked out and out same day service when I made an appointment to have work done. Three gentlemen and a supervisor completed the job in a timely manner always checking to make sure the end result was what I expected and wanted.

The crew was professional, arrived on time and accomplished the job fast even went they were not able to get their vehicles closer enough to the tree to facilitated the removal. The price was mostly because of the difficult the job was. I will recommend this company to anybody looking for a job well done.

Extremely well. This is the 3rd time I have used this company. I had to have a tree removed due to a rotting trunk and it was splitting down the middle. I didn't hesitate to contact Kerwin and his crew. Kerwin and his crew are very respectful and their professionalism is above reproach. As soon as I called and explained my situation he scheduled a time to come out and *****. His quote was very reasonable and he was out within a week. They removed the tree and its trunk without damage to my property. I can't say enough about them. You can't go wrong using a crew of this quality and professionalism. I highly recommend and would most definitely use them again if needed.

I can't say enough good about this company. From the estimate to the completed job, this is one extremely professional company. I watched them cut down a very tall silver maple tree that was hanging over my house and my neighbor's house in between two sets of power lines. They never touched either roof or either power line, and it was quite interesting to see them methodically remove this tree. They used a crane for that one. Another tree that I had them remove, they climbed it to remove it step by step and carefully. They trimmed other tree limbs in my yard that were getting close to the house, and now my house is clear of tree limbs, which is what I set out to do given the violent thunderstorms that this area has been having lately. I don't have to worry about a tree falling on my house now. It looks so pretty and clear now. Clean up was excellent, the crew was excellent, and on top of all that, their price was the best of all the estimates I received. They also worked my job into their schedule so that I could be home during the job since I was off work that week. I give this company an A+ on every aspect of the job. Would hire again without a second thought.

Kerwin was a joy to work with. He stayed in contact as we worked around rain delays and changes in my schedule. On the day of service, I was his last client and he kept me apprised of his status so as not to tie up my day waiting. The fun began when he and his team arrived. Kerwin had originally planned to drive the truck into the backyard, but decided against it so as not to damage any of my neighbor's landscaping. I had a great time watching his guys hoist Manuel up and into the tree with ropes. Once there, Manuel turned into a tree trimming artist and a bit of an acrobat. As I was thinking "how is he going to get to that limb?" he would deftly maneuver himself up and over to my complete amazement. Manuel clearly loves his work. They ended up trimming a few more branches than I had originally indicated and cleaned up completely when finished. The tree now looks beautiful and healthy and I am a very happy customer.

I stood out there with them although I did already trust them from previous work. I just enjoyed watching and they didn't mind at all. They work great as a team and do perfect quality work. I have recommended them to plenty of friends and family and will continue to.

I found them through Angie's List. 5 or 6 guys came out to do the work including the owner. They did it in a whole day process. They did a good job cleaning up. Everything was clean.

They were great about keeping me informed and making sure I was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone. They took away all the debris and were just amazing. They made sure to work with me on scheduling, which was nice. They were very knowledgeable about their work.

They performed exceptionally! The head of the company was there helping out with the project, while managing business calls and appointments. When he did leave to meet up with other appointments, the other workers did not skip a beat in their work and worked about a total of 5 hours. After the service was performed, we walked around with the owner to make sure everything was to par with our requests and they went above and beyond the call of service.

It went super well. He took my call. I gave him my information. He promised to call back in a day and to email me an estimate. He did exact!ly as he said he would.   He and his crew were there at the property before time to set up.  They were very professional and efficient.  There price was ultra fair.
