Triangle Heating & Cooling

Completely unskilled and unprofessional. Undersized both units. Installed a furnace half the size of the one removed and put a 2 ton AC in an almost 2500sqft house. Damaged the cupboard and the floor. Cut through a beam. Return vents smashed closed. 10x14 inch return cover over a 3x5 inch hole with a 12 inch return duct not even completely connected. AC runs for 13+ hrs a day and cannot reach the set temperature of 71 degrees. Company tried to get us to sign off on our guarantee to replace it. Tried to tell us we needed new duct work and it would cost more. Had someone outside of the company inspect the work. Our house is central air ready and can handle a larger unit. The company offered a refund and to remove it, after trying to set that up, they want to refund half and us keep the equipment that does us no good. Beware!

Started on Wed. Came back Thursday and worked on it. Said fixed. Paid 248 dollars. Came home from work Thursday and still not fixed. Same problem, not cooling. They came back Friday morning had to now order part. Charged 50% down to order a part from Trane. 377 dollars was paid via credit card. They are a certified dealer for. Said part would be in Tuesday or Wednesday and someone would call. We called them Wednesday and they were unsure of when they would receive part. Spoke with owner Justin. He was very confrontational, spoke to me like a child, such as had I ever heard of COVID? Well you thought wrong...and then decided he no longer wanted me as a customer. Also hung the phone up on me twice and would not answer to see if I could the part refunded. I was wondering where my part was. The whole interaction was horrible. He wished me luck finding someone else who would fix it before the weekend as I was having company. We called another company and they came within an hour. Ordered the same part and came Friday afternoon to fix it. Not sure how they were able to do so, but Triangle being the dealer was not. It took over two weeks for my money to be refunded for the part since Triangle did not want me as a customer. In addition we are out the 248 initially paid. All the reviews are positive as long as you don’t question anything. Look out if you do have a concern because I seriously have never been spoken to by a business like I was Justin the owner.

The service was fast, I have an ac system that was separated front he heat pump system and they explained how it works. I am very happy with it. They were professional and on time, he actually called me 10 mins before he came and let me know who he is so I thought that was cool. They were very responsive as well.

They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again. I would recommend them as well.

Was sold an undersized unit that is almost constantly running. The installers did not perform work as discussed, and instead took shortcuts to finish the job. Installers also spray-painted all over my driveway and ruined the seal coat with a pressure washer trying to remove the paint. They refused to reimburse for the damage to the driveway.

12/16/17 - Babysitting at my daughter & son-in-law's house for the weekend while they are away celebrating their 10th anniversary. Heater not working right - freezing weekend - small children in house. Zack came out fixed everything within hours. Thank you!
